$100 for evaluation
My daughter dropped her Macbook and the screen cracked into half. So, her bf called this company and Mr Teo guranantee him there will be no charges at all even if after evaluation we don't want to proceed. My daughter ranged the following day to asked how much it take to repair, she was told it will be about $700. So, we decided it's too expensive and wanted to take back the laptop but was told we have to pay $100 evaluation charge! It's a total reap off !

craigslist fraud
Mark Goles is a scammer on craigslist and who knows where else...Dont send this guy money. Dont money gram, don't Western Union. He's got the gift of gab. He goes by James Bear and claims to own http://www.banguptv.com. I sent half the money and of course he didnt deliver...My fault, I know. I have purchase a laptop from best buy with their warren tee plan, an year later (which was 2 month ago) i took the broken mac-book into fix. 
not only i had to go back to the store 3 times and made be wait more than 3 hours for it, because their poor customer service forgot to do the forums correctly, but also it took them more than 2 month to fix my laptop.
i went on the 60th day (WITH OUT THEM INFORMING ME) because i need my laptop for school. i thought since its the 60th day, they either have my laptop or give me a new one.
As a result, they had my laptop a while ago, but did not inform me, rather then decide to give me new one because of their policy, they gave me my own one back with scratches that wasn't there before.
i needed my computer for school, so i had no choice to grab my old one back. 
one week later same problem happen to my laptop (hard drive problem) i took in again, and i ask for exchange if possible, again after 2 hours of wait time, they told me that is not exchangeable because i went on the 60th day of their policy (with out them informing me) they think its my own fault... if i would of went on the 61 day.. i would get a new one. 
so the one day difference basically made the whole situation my fault... it was my fault that they had a crappy service, it was my fault that i had to wait more than 5 hours combined for their service, and it was my fault going to store to grab the laptop as a good good customer with out them informing me!
Best buy is a joke, the one i went to was the "new opened best buy in BC, Burnaby.
if you ever want a mac laptop, do not buy their warren tee plan, or even better, don't buy their product, it will make your life way easier.
