Most non personal lawyers. They are high priced and no results. Paid them over $6000 up front and over a years time, I still did not have any visitation set up for my son. They give me two week notice that they need another $5000 and no results for the first $6000 in over a year. It was very hard to even speak to my lawyer, would take weeks tp get a response. OVER PRICED AND NO RESULTS!

Scam artists! The would charge me $40-$100 for invoicing! Even on A zero dollar balance! $10, 000 dollars! Only 3 motions filed! A year in court! Avoid cordell and cordell at all costs! They state that they specialize in men's rights but what they specialize in is overcharging. I had a simple divorce, my ex and I agreed on everything and the opposing counsel did most of the work; however, cordell and cordell charged me over $14, 000. The divorce process only lasted about 5 months, but I found out that they would charge me about $250 every time I asked a question regardless if the answer took less than 5 minutes to research. The divorce is final, we are in the process of getting all of the paperwork finalized and they are focused on using every penny of my retainer! I lost pretty much everything... All of my ira, my 401k, 47% of my military pension, $2500 a month in maintenance for 5 years. I could have hired a law graduate who just passed the bar and have better results!

high price for nothing
Cordell and Cordell of Arnold Mo. had the nerve to charge $1800 to file a simple reduction in child support and maybe spend 20 min. in court. My son is being charged 130% more than he makes. when we tryed to pay with a check they wanted $4600, when we wanted to pay cash, they wanted $2500, thats because they want to have compleat access to your bank account and tap the hell out of it anytime they want. their are plenty of local attorneys that will take your case for a fraction of what these thieves want.. What ever happened to honest people? God fearing, and true. Its all about screwing everybody for all you can grub anymore. the courts are just as corrupt as the heroin dealers, we need to get ride of ALL of them!

I would not recommend Cordell and Cordell to anyone. They charge for services not provided, they overcharge for the poor service they do provide.. I am extremely dissatisfied with the firm, . My recent divorce, my ex-wife spent $1, 000;.00, Cordell and Cordell charged me 15 times that amount". My ex got the kids, the car, the house, the child support, and I got ripped off:. They dragged out the divorce, the attorney did not show up for court, but charged me for it, . They also charged me for the calls and emails asking why the attorney did not show". Please do not use this firm, they should not be allowed to practice.
