Scam Artist
They say that "hind site is 20/20", and this has been an experience that proves that to be So true. Mableton Auto Sales should not have the right to call themselves a business. They are a family of con artist posing to be a legitiment business. Upon missing 1 biweekly payment and the next biweekly payment, coming due. Mableton Auto Sales deemed it necessary to not call me, or to not email or send a letter concerning payment. But to unlawfully repossess my vehicle in the middle of the day, in the middle of downtown ATL., and to then have the ordasity to say that they did what "they" were told to do. "They" being a little "girl" by the name of Fatima and another "little girl named "Rosa" (and use girls loosely). Upon asking to speak with the manager/owner, I have been given the run around about "who" the heck he or she may even be! I was given the name Dell or Dale, with no last name. And was told that he would give me a call back otherwise they had no information regarding proof or funds received nor would accept any of my docs. I am MORE than "T'd Off" for a lack of a better term. And now knowing what kind of scammers these people really are. I am more than willing to invest the time and money necessary to sue their $%^##! It is 2010, and enough is enough. Everything I've currently read and heard about this company is absolutely true. Please spread the word, that Mableton Auto Sales and Flamingo Sales are both G A R B A G E.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
