Kristjan Ragnarsson is the Chief of Rehab at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He accepted chinese nationals into the residency program of the last 10-20 years accepting bribes from immigration attorneys to sponsor these chinese doctors visas and allow them to work at Mount Sinai Department of Rehab. Ragnarsson saved spots in the residency program for the specific chinese doctors ignoring the National Residency Matching Program rules. Furthermore Ragnarsson accepted bribes to sponsor several docs at prestigious programs. These docs are Dr Ross at Cabrini, Dr Adam Stein at North Shore and Dr Flanagan at NYU Langone.
