Waited 90 minutes to ride bigfoot rapid when the wait should have 30 to 40. Whomever was on charge of cycling rafts through handicapped area didn't know what she was doing. Every round 5 boats would go in there and be released with zero riders.. I can handle w or 3 on occasion but when you see 5 boats every round you know you're going to wait a very long...

We were “ line cutting “ when four friends were waiting for three of us and no one was behind us the like as short and Amanda decided to be very aggressive and try to grab me and my friend Carson was even worse verbally both didn’t wanna bring the supervisor till 30 minutes later just to kick us out even though we were right contact for more info I want this solved

I've been going to Knotts Scary farm for the past 15 years. 7 of those 15 years I've been having to use a scooter due to mobility. They always allowed me inside their mazes without issue but this year they said no. They claimed that I had to move into a smaller sized wheelchair, but I am not small. They don't have wheelchairs to accommodate bigger people...
