I ordered 3 bottles, and it was to be 3 bottles free tootling $96,99 when I got my bill it was $212,99 so I returned the product and this was june of 2022 and I still have not received my refund, they keep telling me that they sent it out in an e-check. I have emailed them 1 a week since june 2022 and called 2 rimes per week and don't get nothing. Up to now january 15 2023

Fraud - I ordered and was not aware I was agreeing to repeat orders.

I received 2nd order and promptly called. They did stop repeat ordering and was told to return at my expense and my card would be credited. I was told to allow 10 days for credit to appear.

I took the product to the USPS 10-31-22.

Product was delivered 11-2-22

I made 5 calls (hung up on me once) to try and get my money refunded and was told they would deduct $50.00 for a restocking fee. I did not agree.

My last call was to a different number and was told I would get my refund within 3-5 business days.

Today 12-1-22 after a month I was given a credit of $148.07 when I should have received $198.07. This was after I paid $11 for postage.

I have never dealt with such a low life aggressive company. What a lesson to learn.

On August 21st I purchased a single order of Keto Blast, needless to say the product is a scam. On sept 21st they charged my credit card again, saying I was on a subscription. I did not sign up for a subscription. I called them and they said I would be removed and that they already shipped out the next order. I was given an rma and sent the product back. I have had 3 phone calls and numerous emails back and forth with their so called support. the charge on my credit card was for 198.78 they also want to charge me a restocking fee of 50 bucks. So here I am 3 months later and still no refund. Please help!
