I ordered the Keto Gummies in December. It was buy one bottle get one free. I did not sign up for a subscription. Today I received two more bottles in mail. I do not want them, nor do I want to pay for them. There is no phone number to call only the address I gave above with an order number. It’s not even the same product I ordered first time. How can I get this to stop? Please advise.

Tis is the 4th order now. I kept and used the 1st 2 orders.
I did not lose any weight in fact I gained weight. I sent the order back last month and had the bank return my money as a fraud charge from you. Now AGAIN May 8, 2023 today, you charged my account the $198.78 and Sent me 5 bottles. I want you to stop whatever scam you have going and quitsending me another order and charging my bank account.

This order was also sent with no agreement and is being returned. Your website does NOT say that this is a continuing monthly order! Your false misleading website shows many pictures of celebrities that misrepresent them and they DO NOT indorse your KETO+ACV LUXE gummies. Your website boarders on scam activities a best. What you really are doing is theft.

I am dissatisfied with your product and your dishonest practices. Your website purchasing process does not contain a Terms of service agreement check box for me to agree or not. Your refund policy if listed, also falls outside of the purchasing process and is not included in the sale. It is all in all more of a way to deceive your customers.

I ordered 3 bottles @ $39 each. They were advertised Buy 1 get 1 free. I was charged $199 for the 3 + 3 free.
This product was not advertised as an ongoing subscription.
I have not ordered any more.
BUT
I have received 2 more shipments of this product that I did NOT order.
One description on my bank statement says withdrawals were made by

Keto Weight Loss Gummies are advertised under the name of Dr Tim Noakes, a well-known person associated with slimming procedures and diets. Be aware that it is a complete scam! Instead of taking R399 off my account they took almost R5000 off my card, and I'm not sure if I will ever get it back. The advert was seen on Facebook and looked legit, especially as it was connected to the name of Tim Noakes. Be aware, it's a lhuge scam that is going to rob you of hard-earned money! This is revolting, I don't know how Facebook can allow scam adverts like that.

Couple months ago,I did order product from this copany. The ad shows Oprah Winfrey endorsing the product. A one- time purchase and paid with my credit card. Best I can remember I paid $59.99 for 3 bottles of Keto weight loss gummies. When I received the order it was 5 bottles of gummies & 3 bottles of "cleanse pills". I thought I remembered wrong about the number I had ordered. So last week I received a notification from my bank about a charge of $199.88 that referred to health care purchase. I thought it was my son's health insurance which I pay for. So I ok'd the charge. Now I have received another box of gummies - 5 bottles which I did not order! When I check my bank account, the $199.88 charge is from this Keto company - not my son's health care provider. There is a phone number on the charge info on my credit card statement. I called. Was referred to a website called "customer support link.com" which I did not understand the connection to the Keto company. This is obviously a scam to obtain credit card information & continue to send product which does not work. Phone # of the company
