I bought a dog a German Shepherd puppy from Danny kappell about year ago he told me that I'll get my papers in six weeks but I didn't get them in 6 weeks but he also stated that if they weren't there an eight weeks that I would get a full refund will eight weeks came and I never got the papers and I never got a refund well about the dog, he was infested...

I bought puppy with a written guarantee stating if I didn't receive my akc papers within 6 to 8 weeks I would be refunded in full... 1850$ to be exact... Well it's been 16 weeks and nothing... And i've had vet bills upon vet bills trying to keep my puppy healthy... He had worms whenever I bought him... Now he got some allergies... Another vet bill..
