Stolen Money
I loaned Jeff Hitt $3000 he said he would pay me back and never did.
When I loaned him the money I did it interest free as a favor. He ran off with my money and never returned my calls. I have a mutual friend whom he perfomed poor legal services for.

Jeff Hitt stole my money
I got arrested and gave Jeff Hitt access to my property from jail so he would bail me out of jail. After he got access to my accounts he said that he was not going to bail me out because he did not think I would stay sober after I was released! I was later bonded out by another party and when I got out I saw that he stole $2500 from my account. He lied and said I gave him permission to take the money for his fees. He lied and cheated and will not refund the stolen money. He is a criminal
If you are considering hiring him thing again.

Poor legal services
Jeff Hitt is a dishonest lawyer who overcharges and does not deliver results.
He was paid upfront to represent me and did a terrible job. I do not want to give all the details here but he is not a very good lawyer or a good man. After doing more research he has many dissatisfied clients. If I had known this I would never have hired him in the first place.
