Contract vendor is refusing to except funds
Hello there in 2014 in around November I was in contact with Jorg Dangel at JD Motorconcepts in Sarrbrucken Germany about getting and purchasing a early Original Oettinger E 2000 16 valve engine conversion for my vw scirocco. I sent Jorg Dangel $ 3, 500.00 usd through Pay Pal which removed $ 137.00 off Jorg Dangels end which I was not aware of, because I have never done a international transfer of funds using pay pal ! have only purchased goods through pay pal in the usa. I contacted pay pal service representative about how I make the service fee come off my end and pay pal told me to add the fee on to the total amount of money I was sending to Jorg Dangel. Jorg Dangel did some extra work on my cylinder head which he never gave me a quote or price until the last couple of days before he shipped the 1 part to me . The total amount for all the clean used parts to complete the 2.0 16 v engine conversion will cost me $ 7, 000.00 usd . Now jorg says he only has some of the parts and asked me what I want to do ? So I found another person and source for the Oettinger parts through a person named Christoph Kleemann near Dresden .de were he Jorg can get the remainder of the parts as needed for the engine conversion. I have been in contact with Christoph Kleemann at his email - Christoph [protected]@gmx.de and Christoph has told me in our conversations that there are many Oettinger parts still available for my purchase . I have also given Jorg Dangel Christoph, email so he can contact him for regards as to getting me the parts I needto complete my conversion . The total amount for the parts I will need to get from Christoph Kleeman, s friend will be a Total of $ 3 262.00 usd after conversion from euro, s . I also want topay Jorg Dangel the remaining funds he has done a late price quote on which is $ 981.00 usd plus I need to send Jorg funds for shipping for the 1 part he has sent me cost is $ 170.00 usd for shipping, A lose of a pay pal fee that was taken off Jorgs end that I was not aware was going to happen the pay pal service fee is $ 137.00 usd . I am will ing to send these funds through pay pal but jorg refuses to except my pay pal payment ! ! The Total remaining amount for the required parts for the Oettinger 2000 e engine conversion is $ 4, 745.00 usd after converting from euros to usd . I just want to purchase my parts through pay pal not pay directly to Jorgs friends bank, because there is no fraud protection for me .

I need Jorg Dangel at JD Motorconcepts to except my Pay Pal payment with all transfer fees $ 331.62 which I owe Jorg $ 137.00 balance of transfer funds fee which was removed from the first $ 3, 500.00 which I had already paid Jorg Dangel as 1/2 down on all Oettinger 2000 E 16 v engine conversion 2.0 16 v for a vw scirocco. Now Jorg Dangel does not want to except the funds we agreed on . Jorg has been putting me off for about close to 2 years on getting the parts all together as he said in our facebook emails that jorg had all the parts ! now he says he does not have all the parts . I found another person in or near Dresden.de who has a Oettinger 2000 E engine for sale with lots of parts available . I have told Jorg Dangel about the parts connection and even gaave Jorg Dangel Christoph Kleemanns email - christoph kleemann@gmx.de so Jorg can make arrangements to get the parts he does not have available for me . Christoph kleemann said he would probably come to Sarrbrucken drive there some time in September delivering my parts to him which I need in the agreement . I will pay Jorg Dangel or Christoph Kleemann $ 3, 262.00 usd for parts that Jorg does not have . the cost of $ 3 262 has been converted to usd fro euro. I can pay Christoph Kleemann or Jorg Dangel the funds for the parts near Dresden.de . I need the complaints board to get Jorg Dangel to follow through with his agrred contract that is on my facebook email . Thanks Eric Westman
not getting products
Hello there I am doing business with JD Motorconcepts, Sarbrucken Germany, owned and run by Jorg Dangel. I have been in contact with Jorg about selling me a early Oettinger 2.0 16 v engine conversion kit ! which we have agreed on a total purchase price of $ 7, 000.00 USD. On 03/ [protected]:40:35 I sent Jorg Dangel $ 3 500.00 USD via paypal through my Bank Card, Paypal subtracted $137.00 USD for the international transfer of funds, Jorg was complaining about the lost fee of $137.00 which I will make up after I get the 1st 1/2 of my Oettinger parts. Jorg promised me the parts in October of 2014 and I still have not received any parts which I have paid for 1/2 of $7, 000.00 USD . Jorg has a friend at the US Base who is going to send my parts through the APO USPS. I dont know if jorg has a problem with shipping fees once the shipping package gets into the USA ? I need to get my parts ! I will send Jorg the $274.00 USD for the paypal international service fee as a gift so there will not be a transfer fee . Maybe Jorg has a issue with freight costs when the packages get on the east coast of the united states which will have to be shipped out west to the northwestern united states, ( Washington State ) shipping zip code ( 99337 ) Jorg was supposed to ship 1/2 of the parts out on this day Saturday 05 / 17 / 2015. I have not received a shipping tracking number ! I have sent Jorg Dangel my shipping address twice - Eric Westman, 11118 S 2083 PR SE, Kennewick, Wa, 99337. My Home contact number [protected] .
