icore reviews and complaints
Herassing early am calls
I have a 20 year old daughter with an aquired brain injury who lives in the apartment of our house. She forgot to pay her phone bill and then panicked when they called. I paid the bill for her through my bank on several occasions and there is a record of those transactions. Anyways Virgin Mobile cut off her phone and then continued to bill her for service she is not receiving. They are aware of her disability. So there solution to this is to give the matter over to a collection agency (ICORE) who are now calling my house daily at 7am to collect. This is outrageous! I know she will be terrified to speak to an agent and as such I will ghave to deal with them.
I am upset that they are taking advantage of a disabled woemn instead of trying to work with her.

Harassing phone calls
They call me numerous times a day, every day, even on weekends, as late as 9 or 10 pm, harassing me. They tell me I owe Rogers a certain amount of money with a service I had at a place I lived almost 3 years ago, and Rogers themselves have not contacted me once about owing them money, i think they would have done that first. Secondly, I have all the receipts and made all the payments and returned the equipment to Rogers. No mention of outstanding balanced was mentioned either when equipment was returned.

I have had a ridiculous amount of phone calls from ICore looking for someone who must have had my cell phone number before me. I've found the only way to make it stop is to phone back the 1-866 number and yell. I hate to say it, but it's only when I've yelled and asked for the person's name and ID number and told them I need to talk to their Manager . . . .then they will take the number out of their system. It's so frusterating! I hate to phone and yell at anyone . . . .but it's the only way I've gotten some results . . . . :(
Good Luck!

I filed for bankruptcy 3 years ago and have been discharged. I have sent them proof, they have spoken to my trustee and they still call all the time requesting the same information over and over and over. They have copies of my discharge and all other info required by law to stop calling
