We have no record of doing business with this company in our accounting software. They continue to bill us stating we signed a contract in 2015. It has expired and were told that we are a month to month obligation. We asked to have a copy of the signed contract sent to us and this has not happened as of yet. the phone number listed is an automated line with...

I had an account with this company. . . They said i could only talk 2 1 person about the account. . The person told me that i owed more than my invoice that was sent 2 me and wouldn't give me the information 2 send the equipment back. She then pressed a phone button in my ear 4 at least 10 mins. I calld back askd 4 a supervisor without no jhelp. . I talkd 2 another unhelpful individual who the told me off. . I had 2 trick him in order 2 get the information needed. .

Don't ever do business with this company. I had originally signed up with a Margie Witt who was supposed to be a representative of AVPS which it turns out that she was not with them anymore when she signed me up and she told me that the machine was rent to own and I would be paying on it for 4 years or I could buy it for $900.00. I did the "rent to own"(which is what Margie told another business ). I decided to not be in business anymore so I called up after having the machine for 3 years to see what I needed to do to return the machine and they said it was still going to cost me over $800.00 dollars. So I asked when the final payment was and they said in Mar of 09, so I kept the checking account open until they received that final payment. I just got a call from a collection company wanting the money owed them. I called Eagle Leasing and it turns out that after the 4 years they continue to bill you month by month and if you return the machine there is a final payment of about $200.00 ( this info from another person who quit doing business with them because she didn't like them either). Each time I called Eagle Leasing. the story was something different. They never tell you the whole truth. They also hung up on me also back in 08 when I called to ask them what a certain charge was for( turned out the charge was to make up profit for some screw-up of theirs). I have tried to call Margie several times and she does not return my phone calls. I wonder what kind of commission she gets from them.

This is a terrible company. I leased a credit card machine in 1995 and tried to contact them many times to terminate the lease to no avail. I finally got a hold of them and terminated the agreement in December, 2010. I believe their telephone is [protected]. The equipment was returned to Golden Eagle
Equipment Processing Center, 132 West 31st Street - Floor 15. New York, NY 10001. They charged my business account in January and I realized today that one of their associates -SKS associates- charged $195.00 to my account in March alleging that I owed taxes and other fees to Golden Eagle. For more information go to Facebook: SKS Associates Raided My Bank Account.

Golden Eagle is a ripoff. There should be a class action lawsuit against them. They continue to charge our account after 48 months and we did not even leased any equipment from them. After we closed our merchant account and called the company about those charges they said that the charges are for accessing linkpoint central gateway. We currently do not have any access to linkpoint central now as we moved our account to another company. I hope somebody does something about this company which continues to ripoff the small businesses.

As stated in your complaint AVPS, LLC did not represent Margie when you signed your lease for the equipment. Leases for equipment are seperate agreements and AVPS, LLC receives no residuals for that since Margie is the Representative. AVPS, LLC does not pay Margie any residuals since she is not our representative. Your complaint is with Margie and Golden Eagle Leasing not AVPS, LLC.

Golden Eagle Leasing Credit card machine leasing

I am a small fine arts craftsperson located in upper midwest. In July 2006 I signed a 3-yr contract for credit card services and machine rental with Jim Eng, a local Bloomington credit card dealer. I thought that would help as I would have a local person to help me with the credit card process. In the past year I successfully cancelled the American Express portion of my service and, acting on the advice I found online through sites such as Complaints Board.com, I closed my Wells Fargo business checking account so no more automatic payments could be extracted from me for a service I am not using. Today I received my first threat from Golden Eagle via telephone. A woman with an accent (read out-of-country) asked for a new bank account number for payments to be withdrawn from. I told her that I had met my 3-year contract. She asked for my address so she could send a copy of the contract I signed to me stating 4 years not 3 years. I asked, What address is on that copy, she repeated my current address, said she would use it and hung up AFTER stating that this would affect my credit. Her words exactly were "At this point, your account is behind one month. As this remains unpaid it will affect your credit." Time for FAITH - I can't, He CAN, I think I'll LET HIM. Please write me with any news you may have or advice. laj--JUL 2009

Golden Eagle Leasing Unauthorized charges

I have paid a total of $8, 000.00 to Golden Eagle Leasing LLC on a $300.00 piece of equipment. When I noticed a monthly charge on my bank bill, and I wasn't sure what it was for (I have many, unfortunately, and it is hard to keep track) I decided to cancel it. I found out that it was a credit card machine I had been paying on for years. I quickly wrote a letter to cancel the lease, but the company kept billing my bank. I canceled with my bank, yet four months later, Golden Eagle hit my account for another $1, 200.00. Again, I canceled with my bank. Golden Eagle continues to contact me with statements, phone calls, reporting to credit agencies, etc. even though I have written several letters to them over the last year. I just received another statement today stating that I owe them an additional $2, 170.40. I would like to sue this company for the money that they have taken from my account.

I highly suggest filing a claim with the NY BBB and the attorney general his name is Eric Schneiderman. I filed one a month or so ago With both. Everything is online very easy. No one seems to get anywhere with these people, it's ridiculous!

i once had an acct with golden eagle for the extent of 4 years. i was told by golden eagle that when i send my credit card terminal back to equipment processing center in NY NY, that my acct would be closed upon return of the item. they continued to charge me for 2 additional months. i had to call them again, and give them tracking info and signed by info of the return before they stopped charging me. i thought my golden eagle days were a thing of the past.
so, exactly 1 year later... 1 week ago. i was charged $205.84 by golden eagle. i first contacted my bank to go through the neccessary dispute charges crap. i called golden eagle 10 minutes ago. they tell me the charge is for un-accesed property taxes on my machine that i was not charged throughout my contract. all he could tell me is why i was charged the $205.84. i asked the "agent" if their is someone there, preferably in accounting, that i could speak with about this issue. he told me no, the charge will stand, and he noted my call.
what a bunch of crooks! how are they still in business treating there customers like this?

Golden Eagle Leasing Unauthorized billing

DO NOT EVER USE OR COME CLOSE TO HIS COMPANY! Golden Leasing Inc. has been charging - unduly - a monthly fee for "software leasing". My wife managed credit card accounts, did not pay attention to the recurring charge to our checking account. When I noticed - this is years in the works, btw, our bad for not noticing sooner - I called Golden Leasing Inc. at [protected] to inquire and cancel. Got a run around, and was hung up TWICE, with no satisfaction, I have had to call my bank, put a stop payment, and probably will end up changing checking account numbers to make sure. Talk about ###!

I leased a credit card terminal from Golden Eagle and returned it after four years, signed up with another company and after ten years I found out Gloden Eagle still charging my account which added up to over $10, 000.00 for the last ten years, I was under impression these charges were a part of my new terminal. After I found out about unauthorized charges by Golden Eagle leasing for the last ten years I contacted them and asked them to stop charging my account. They are still sending me bills and threatening to sue me. What should I DO?

My husband and I had a small upholstery Business in TX and got involved leasing a credit card machine from golden eagle leasing. We returned the machine because no one used it and sold our business less than a year later. We were told in the beginning that we could return it with no problem. Fast forward seven years. I just got a nasty letter stating I was going to be sued by them, and either a charge off or small claims court, either one ruining my credit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and have deceptive business practices. I am reporting them to BBB

Golden Eagle Leasing is a ripoff scam. Stay away from them. They sent me a machine that did not work, and when I tried to send it back they said it was my problem and yet continued to bill me. I have since gone out of business and they still bill me for a machine that DOES NOT WORK!

This company needs to be rotten not only in hell but in earth. Golden Eagle Leasing are crooks with no heart, they steal,
destroy and will kill if noone stop them. I have similar experience like the others. I started my business in 2000 and pay for the credit card machine (No Leasing). Last year, I noticed my credit card provider are charging too much so I decided to cancel my service with them. Got a new machine from my new provider and unplugged the old one and anything attached to it. The following month, I noticed $34.00 charged on my bank statment from Golden Eagle Leasing
I called them and they told me they have being charging me this amount since 2000 for equipment leasing ( the one I paid for) after a long conversation, they promised they will stop their crazy idea. Truly they stopped charging $34.00 but now is $34.01. These are corporate criminals chassing small business owners. Please somebody help..
