I just want to make a complaints to this person jefferson quinn mann an employee of gilbane he worked as construction manager in abha kingdom of saudi arabia, he is not a real costruction manager... He submitted fake documents as construction manager but never he studied on it, he bought it for 99.9 dollars made to order to provide this certificate, beware...

I would like to make complaint of this person for rape and same things he did to ladies here in united arab emirates everytime he visits here . Last june 2016 he came and use the gilbane accomodation in financial center located in shiekh zayed road .Building harsman in finacial center near metro train station... Floor 13 is there accomodation..
He is bringing girls there and rape them..Hope you will make action on that, , this person is sick physically and mentally..His sociopath and std positive and hepatitis c, positive too..Query hiv positive too..
He is spreading his disease to others...

HE WORKS IN GILBANE AND OTHER COMPANIES USING HIS FRAUD CERTIFICATES...HIS SICK MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. ..THE COMPLAINT ABOVE ON HIM ARE ALL TRUE AND.100% CORRECT.
This complaint is 100% completely false. It is defamation slander and you will be held libel for posting such an appalling terrible lie. I am what is called a Southern Gentleman my parents raised me to be respectful to all. My character is beyond reproach.
