I ordered a product online through a FaceBook advert. The product was a spray to remove scratches from car paint. There was no mention of currency so I assumed it was NZD. This is kerry Bolitho they have taken an extra hundred dollars out of my bank for no reason and I would like it back ASAP or I will take this further and I will sue your company for interfering in my bank and taking money out. Well you had no authority to do that. I want to hear back from you. I was a P before I see my solicitor and I don’t want to hear any excuses.

I had noticed two debits from Gamevalour on my credit card and had at first thought it was one of my children but when I investigated, they said I had bought an item and was given a trial subscription. They claim to have sent me an email with the details but I do not have any record of receiving the email, and as I did not cancel after the trial period...
