I had been having a leak in three parts of my roof for a while after a storm we had. I had roofers come out and confirm the leaks. I had Foremost insurance come out in November to check things out. A tree fell on my house and damage my roof and fence. I put a claim in and sent pictures. The person assigned to my claim was very rude and informed me that my deductible was a $1,000 dollars and don't except to a couple of thousands for a few shingles that were put on to keep any rain from leaking in the house. I sent pictures of the damage. I texted the person and asked if they received the pictures. No response. I call and left a message and asked if they would call or text me back. No response. I understand if the damage was less than the deductible, but it upset me that the person never call or text me, or sent me a letter saying something. I have been with this company for years and I don't appreciate the way I was treated for help with the damage to my house.
