On call service and customer service
`Myself and my husband called in to speak with the on call doctor to get some clarity on my husbands elbow. we call two days before no response. We called again last night twice and yet no call. We had to go to the emergency room to get pain meds. Now we are stuck with a bill for something that could have been dealt with a return call from the on call doctor. What type of establishment are they running at Facey, Ortho depart in Porter Ranch.

Desired outcome: I believe we should receive an apology and they should pay for the emergency bill since the on-call doctor could have the curtesy to return a call. Twice last night 8/11/23 and two days before 8/10/23

During the course of this case it was revealed that Mr. Perlman is a major abuser of prescription drugs and a very heavy daily user of marijuana. A real drug addict by any definition.
