`Myself and my husband called in to speak with the on call doctor to get some clarity on my husbands elbow. we call two days before no response. We called again last night twice and yet no call. We had to go to the emergency room to get pain meds. Now we are stuck with a bill for something that could have been dealt with a return call from the on call doctor. What type of establishment are they running at Facey, Ortho depart in Porter Ranch.

I was involved in a family law case against this social worker at Facey. Superior Court of LA case # 23VEFL00492.

During the course of this case it was revealed that Mr. Perlman is a major abuser of prescription drugs and a very heavy daily user of marijuana. A real drug addict by any definition.

It was also revealed that he is involved against his wife and children in extensive domestic violence, child abuse, spousal abuse, violent behavior, stalking, threatening, etc. An affirmative finding was made by the court and a multi year restraining order was issued.

This person is a shame to Facey and should not be working there "helping patients when he himself is a complete psychopath.
