Unethical
The owner and his employees are crooks. This company should not be in business. Alonso Cole (aka Ray Green) does not practice the FDCPA compliace. They use threaths of law suit, jail, harm to consumer's pets, profanity, and whatever it takes to get money from the consumers. There are so many complaints filed with FTC and Labor Law. They misrepresent themselves by promising to omitt the negative credit on your report when it is not even reported to the 3 credit bureaus. DO NOT get fooled by them! Any company that's in business with them are also in noncompliance. They think they are invisible to the law!
