Elife Lack of competence

Etisalat is one of the worst, totally pathetic and incompetant service provider in the world. People are sooooooooo laid back and are not interested to do theor work at all. when customer calls to complain, there are talking parrots assigned to do the talking " we will forward ur request sir" ... DEAR ETISALAT, Why waste your money hiring people for customer service, just record it in the IVR. They both do the same job.
I applied for an internet connection, and one week there was no response. When i called to follow up they promised someone would come on the 21st. When i called on the 21st, they said the appointment is for 4th AUG.
ANd the are false statmentments mentioned such as "customer phone switched off"

Think about it logically, if someone is going to come and do the work, would he not fix a time? He will just come below ur building and try ur fone and then walk off? WHAT BASICS AND LOGIC UR PEOPLE WORK ON DEAR ETISALAT/? PERSONALLY WILL U WAIT FOR SO LONG? YOU WOULD USE ALL YOUR CONTACTS INSIDE TO GET UR PERSONAL WORK DONE RITE?

THINK ABOUT IT? JUST CUZ THERE IS NO COMPETITOR, IT DOESNT MEAN YOU JUST WORK AND DO THINIGS THE WAY U LIKE... ITS PATHETIC!

Elife Charged for service which has not given

Hi,
Etisalat charged without service . Technician not visited my home. But charged 100 Dhs. no one reply on [protected]@etisalat.ae and [protected]@etisalat.ae . even call to 101 customer care he transfer to his manager. I wait holding 30 min no one picked up the phone. then i pay to etisalat .i do not have any choice if i want to continue service have to pay. else leave the service.

I had applied for an eLife additional setup box with etisalat on October 20, 2012. After 20 days etisalat failed to complete the job. I have the fibre cable installed in my apartment. My current landline and ADSL is working on the same. I have been chasing etisalat for the past four months and calling 101 but of no use. The customer service department...

Elife modem charge

i apply for elife in the month of september 05-09-2011 with modem, On the time of installation the technition has come to me in my home and tell me that the modem is out of stock so you can purchase from outside, so they made a connection (ppoe) account without modem now i just call the call center regarding my billing they confirm me that they charge u modem charges for the month of sep, Oct, Nov (240)aed as per call center agent.iam not getting my billing statement every month so iam looking forward the solution of my problem, already submit a application in al nahda service center, behind safeer mall.

Elife Disconnection of Elife without request

I was allotted a Elife connection in June 2010 and everything worked fine till last week. Suddenly the line was disconnected. On checking with 101 to my surprise the staff told me there was a cancellation request from me. I did not initiate any cancellation request. My tel no.was some company's no. earlier and since it was inactive this no. was allotted to me. and now etisalat start chasing the payments from that no. and finally disconnected my phone without checking who is the new owner. Etisalat say its done by the Outsourcing staff. Whoever it is Victim is me. And since then i am suffering and went to Etisalat Jebel Ali office couple of times, everyday there are promises it will be done today tomorrow... i am struggling so much because of non-connection for no fault of mine. There is nobody absolutely responsible for this big blunder of Etisalat and takes the case to resolve it.. Pity on them...

Elife Imposing Elife without customer consent

Etisalat is imposing Elife to the existing internet users even after service not accepted by the customer. I am Deepak Mohan an exisitng user of al shamil. On 20/06/2010 i have received a call from Etisalat [protected] breifing the product Elife.I have clearly instructed the sales Agent (ahmed) to cancel my request, which he agreed on the same day. Next day (21/06/2010) the service got activated. I called 101 to complaint regarding the same, they are not accepting the complaint.I called back to sales agent (ahmed) he is unable to cancel. Again i spoke to his team leader (ifthikar) he said visit business centre pay the charges then we can cancel .

Imposing Elife without customer consent

I have refused the ELIFE SERVICE several times and Etisalat staff was disturbing us againg and again by visting my place, it has become radiculs, why they are behing making money by looting the people. It shocked me on 23rd April when I received SMS saying your request for elife is in process, immediate in a second minute i received another message saying that my elife connection is approved and activated. I have called 101 right away and only solution is to go to etisalat branch! how inconvenient! it was very easy for them to activate the service via phone while cancellation is causing us trouble which we didn't agreed at any time, this is the way how they're looting the money with people without us being aware. They are looting the money without any regulations its a sahme on these fellows.transfer to DU

The same goes with me.

Called 101 right away and only solution is to go to etisalat branch! how inconvenient! it was very easy for them to activate the service via phone while cancellation is causing us trouble which we didn't agreed on EVER! this is the way how they're making money with people without us being aware... they've fooled me! decided to transfer to DU

Etisalat becomes a crook nowadays.
I have applied fro eLife, but the guy who came to install modem and receiver returned without installing the equipment, citing some technical problems.
From that day they have activated my eLife Account, and started charging me.
I have visited etisalat many times, and called 101 almost everyday, but no solution.
They say now I have to pay, even though I cannot use the service.
