Derma Juvenate Dishonesty

I ordered the risk free trial of this product, the only charge being shipping. I did receive the product and was advised that I had a limited time to cancel if I was not satisfied. I was not satisfied with the results and cancelled within the time period. I was advised that my account was cancelled but I had the option of either keeping the product for a charge of $38.00 or I could return it. Since shipping would be approximately $20.00, I decided to accept the $38.00 charge to my credit card. I threw the product in the garbage and did not expect any further charges from this company. Much to my dismay, my next month's credit card statement showed that I was charged $101.33 by this company. I immediately called them and demanded that the charge be reversed. After at least 15 minutes of arguing, they agreed to refund me $60.00. I am now going to the bank and getting a new credit card. I acted in good faith but this company does not thrive on good faith. My advice is to stay clear of this product and this company.

Derma Juvenate Trial scam

I decided to try Derma Juvenate product as a free trial only to pay shipping of $3.99. I got the cream and they charged my card $3.99. Exactly two weeks later they charged the same credit card for $80. About two weeks after I received another cream from them. Close them down!

I too have been scammed out of $378.77 in a little over a month and have never received any products! How is this company still doing this? Living paycheck to paycheck is bad enough, but to lose almost an entire paycheck for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS DEVASTATING!

I got a free trial offer for the derma juvenate and was billed $118.00. I called to cancelled the order and was refunded half the money, which by the time the USA exchange rate was only $60. I cancelled the account at that time. I look at my bank account information a month later and they charged me again for an account that had been closed. this is a scam all they want is your money. I guess they are hoping that people will not check their accounts, and realize that the withdraw has occurred again.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY OR MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT!

I saw this ad in an Oprah and Dr. oz promotional ad. I went to the link and I ALWAYS read terms and conditions. It says right there after 20 days, if you have not returned the bottle, even empty and cancel with them they will begin to charge you monthly 79.99. That's when I backed out. You can call them and try to work with them, but as a consumer complaint filer on companies like this I send a notarized, return recpt, letter demanding this be cancelled now. If you have already called tell them when, how long you were on the phone, who u talked to. ALWAYS GET THE NAME OF THE REP U TALK TO! if they refuse to give their name, write that in your letter also but demand to speak with a supervisor. GET THAT PERSONS NAME AND FULL JOB TITLE. Put that in the letter. You have to prove u tried to resolve the problem before filing a complaint. Give them 14 days, WEEKENDS COUNT! to respond to your letter or u will be filing with YOUR ATTORNEY GENERASL AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE IN WHICVH THIER MAIN ADDRESS APPEARS. That's easy to research. Just search the product name put in a comma then put in corporate office, then search. You will also be filing with the FTC, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. both can be filed on line but I always put together a easy to navigate complaint package to the Attorney General, with a index, they appreciate that. It helps them flip right to the main things they want to see. The FTC you file on line. Very simple. Just make sure you save the complaint number I always screen shot each screen. Once the ATTORNEY GENERAL receives and goes the complaint, they copy it and send it to the company asking them to fix it. You also will be sending the corporate office CEO, a copy of the complaint package. Remember to motorized your initial contact letter to company. You do not have to motorize anything to the AG just make sure to file out both states complaint form and include it in the complaint. Send all by return receipt. If you paid by credit card you can email them that letter and copies of complaint forms if u want but is not mandatory. They have to investigate and stop asll future payouts until the investigation is complete. All this is for US residents, I am very sorry for the UK . I wish I knew how to help u as well as other countries. Hope this helps.

Similar experience here! I responded to a pop-up add and figured I'd give it a try when they offered "free samples" of the Derma Juvenate and Juven Eye Max products for the cost of shipping. When I realized they asked for credit card info online I did not complete the request. A few nights later, I received a phone call from "Mark" who said it was a free trial of the Juven Eye Max and that the Derma Juvenate Face gel was $4.99 for the sample. I would have to pay the shipping for both items. (All told, just under $15.) He told me they were "all natural" products (but they do contain chemical preservatives and emulsifiers, I discovered upon receiving them). I gave him my credit card information and was told that if there was any problem I could call him at the number on the Order Confirmation and receipt which would be sent by email. He also assured me that my credit card information would be deleted after the transaction! There was no price mentioned on the email Order Confirmation at all, nor was there any receipt. They items came separately and at different times. Last night I received an email with the amount of $89.91 charged for the Derma Juvenate. I called and spoke to "Jason" who said he would "give me a break" and refund $45 to my credit card and that I would have to pay $87 for the Juven Eye Max. He asked if I had read the website and that the information about it was on the website. I told him I had responded to an ad and that I had placed the order by telephone, that nowhere on the ad had I seen any mention of having to pay these amounts nor was there any mention of this during my conversation with "Mark." I am sending back the Juven Eye Max and am not supposed to be charged for it, (so I guess I don't get my "free sample" after all) and expect a refund of $45. within "3-5 business days" for the Derma Juvenate. I was also told that my credit card information would be deleted from their files and my "membership" deactivated. I told "Jason" that they needed to make the information about their "deal" clear in their ad and to teach their representatives to give full details to customers. In answer to "Jason's" repeated questions about "how I liked the products, " I told him that I had not had enough time to use them to know that. I found their "website" - which looks like an ad - and checked it out. At the very bottom of the page under "Terms and Conditions" there is information about "membership" but the entire page, and the sales pitch from "Mark" the telemarketer, is designed to give the customer the impression that they are going to receive "free samples, " not trial memberships! I have to agree with others' perceptions: this company's modus operandi is definitely "scam-like!" I am an entrepreneur and would never think of conducting my transactions in such a shady manner. I am hoping something can be done to stop these people from further abuses and exploitation.

I am going through the same thing. I also ordered the free samples and was charged only shipping and handling which was around $5.00. And that is exactly what I received was what I would call a sample. Today I discovered that my credit card has been charged $122.00 Canadian for these samples. I phone customer service and was told by a Harold that I only had 30 days to try the product. The product was ordered on Feb 24/2015, I received it on March 4/2015 and today is March 14/2015 - 10 days not 30. I freaked on him and basically told him to get the"ring" charges off of my card now. I have sent them several very nasty emails with of course no response and I have contacted my credit card company and report this as fraud. By what I am reading this company needs to be shut down now!

I also got ripped off by this company! What ever you do dont get sucked in by this. There customer service people are very rude and cut you off. Know matter what you tell them there is always aresponse back that will just piss you off. Sure the infomercial makes the products look. JUST CHANGE THE CHANNEL.

Initialy, I was charged $4.95 for shipping and handling. However, 15 days later, my credit card was billed for $89.95. I called Customer Care on two different occasions and was put on hold for more than 10 minutes then I got disconnected. I will be alerting my credit card company about this fraudulant company.
