Credit Resources I have emailed and called leaving over a dozen messages since September 10th asking this company to cancel an account I never signed up or

I have emailed and called leaving over a dozen messages since September 10th asking this company to cancel an account I never signed up or wanted in the first place. They took $20 from my account September 5th which is when I became aware of them. I have been emailing asking to stop payments and cancel the account. They didn't respond until October stating I have to call and speak to a representative to cancel. They supplied a number. I have been calling since October 16th and getting a voice-mail. I have been leaving messages everyday to have them call me back and to stop payments. They have not called back but continue to take money from me that I don't have. This is causing me to go into overdraft with my bank and a NSF of $45 every time they take a payment. I just want the account canceled and the payments to stop.

Credit ressources has been taking 20$ a week for a few months. Didn't notice first but the *** was getting more huge so i ask for a stop of that process right now. I often get fees even after trying to talk to them by phone with no responses whatsoever. This is innaceptable.

Credit resourses continues to take 20 dollars from my account every week even after I've asked the to stop and cancel any and all withdraws. I have tried contacting them and sending multiple emails. I want all my money back in full and they are refusing to give it to me. The one and only time I've ever talked to someone they said they can not refund my money. It's my money and I want it all back in full asap. I have *** all the withdraws taking form my account equaling 100 dollars. Today they took my last 20 dollars and now I'm broke that's all I had for the rest of the week. I'm on a Disibility income and not impressing the least bit with their operation.

Credit resources has been continually withdrawing $20 a week for no known reason, I have called multiple times demanding them to stop, and put my money back into my account, and they have yet to stop, and yet to pay me back,. I have no idea how I agreed for them to take money for no services, and continually had overdraft charges, and I have demanded them to pay me back for that too, yet no action. I have read many other individuals have had the same issue.

Credit Resources I applied to Credit Resources online for what I was told was a loan of up to 3000$

I applied to Credit Resources online for what I was told was a loan of up to 3000$.I found out its a ***,and they are taking money from my acc now. I found an ad for Credit Resources online promising a loan of up to 3000 $ to help pay off debt .I filled out the online application,gave my personal,and banking info,and as soon as I was finished...Nothing. No further info . The page ended,and I was not offered a loan.No Emails,nothing.Today they removed 33 $ from my bank account.I have since checked reviews online and was disturbed that they are doing the same thing to others by being very Vague with what they re really offering,and that they can t be reached. I ve tried many times,and the office is closed,or I get put on hold,then hung up on before anyone answers.I just want to cease any future dealings with them,and for them to stop *** my money.

There's a 20$ charge that comes out of my account every week for a service that I did not sign up for. I've called 8 times over the past 3 months to cancel and have been told that my account would be cancelled and I would no longer be charged since I NEVER asked for this service. They have kept taking money from my account and when I called again to try and get them to cancel it, they tell me that I never made the request. I do not know what to do anymore!

I want them to cancel my account and refund me the full amount, I have requested the same, from their CS and they keep saying they'll send a note to the head office but every week I am still being charged. They also never sent me the card so I can access the money. It's ***. $80 a month, just tossed. I can't get anywhere with them. Please help me cancel and receive the full refund. Money is beyond tight right now.

So I signed up with credit resources and they take $20 per week out of my account and I didnt sign anything nor did I get email. I have sent email phone call they keep saying will get a call and never do. So far its like over $200. And continue to take out of my account. I just want it to stop and my money baxk

for the last 4 weeks this company has been *** money from me i have sent them email after email then they tell me to call and when i do nobody picks up the phone i never signed up for their service whatsoever and they have been debitng my account 20 dollars every week i have asked them to return my money to no avail they have not tried to call me whatsoever to come to a resolution i want my money back plus the nsf's i have had to cover which left me unable to pay my bills or rent they just keep not responding to my request for my money back i was recently hacked and i believe that the person got my information and signed me up for this service and im well aware of what services i apply for and know that i did not apply for theirs they have now take 80 dollars from me plus another 100 dollars in nsf fees from my bank i want my money back and need help

My account is being charged with $20 every Friday even after I have called and emailed this company several times. There is only one employee in this company, and her name is withheld for privacy reasons. She always ensures that the cancellation will be processed, but it never happens. I have emails and recorded conversations where I asked them to cancel my subscription, but I've had no luck so far! I've lost hundreds of dollars to this situation.

The company I am speaking about is Credit resources . I have repeatedly contacted their business to have the automatic withdrawal of $20.00 every 2 weeks. I canceled any subscription with them in November and they are still taking money out of my account. When I call them they say they will put in a request again for the money to be stopped. I have asked to speak to a manager and they say one will call me back. But they never do. I want them to stop charging my bank account!

Ive been charged $20 each Friday for the past four weeks. Ive contacted the company to cancel my subscription and I was still charged after the fact. I did not sign up with this company, so I am quite frustrated. As a single parent, I want my $80 back and for this to be canceled!

Credit Resources Credit resources are taking funds out of my account without permission

Credit resources are taking funds out of my account without permission. I requested that my account with them be closed 3 weeks ago. Don't even know how it was opened. First they said no problem, a week later, 20$ comes out of my account, called again, they said they will send it to the higher department lol and it will be cancelled. 3 weeks later, another 20$, I call again, the lady hangs up the phone while i'm talking. I call again, someone else picks up, says she will pull my account, I hold for a few and surprise, they hang up the phone again. Why do they still continue to take money from my account when i was told my account had been closed. There's only 1 way to describe this process, it's a ***, ***, ***. First time in my life I write a review or complaint. PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T FALL FOR THE *** CREDIT RESSOURCES IS RUNNING.They will answer saying account is closed to look good but will still pull the money.

I have phoned Credit Resources multiple times to stop taking $20.00 every two weeks out of my bank account and they still continue to pull the money. Even after they have said that they would stop, I just want this company to stop taking money from my account every two weeks. This is very frustrating as their website says you can stop at anytime.

This has to do with Credit Resources (aka: Rent-Cred). They put me in debt by trying to take $20 a week which caused massive nsf charges. When I asked them to stop, they said NO. Then they told me I was suppose to receive some so called *** card. That never happened. I called to confront them on it, they actually tried to say I didnt send them the activation fee. Which I have proof that on Jan.5th I did. I have a copy of it from my bank. Never again!

I signed up with credit resources because they said they can help me build my credit and also give me a credit card not advertising that this card would be pay as you go but said $50 etransfer for $500 credit so i did. Not only did it take 2 months to arrive it was add your own money on it card not at all what it said when i agreed best thing is they didn't even have my name on the card i could of spent my money on a prepaid visa and not have to wait 2 months to get it.So i informed them that i was sending back the card and requesting my money back. Well its been 4 months and nothing what the hell did they use my $50 on it wasn't for having my name put on the card cause it said preferred customer, what a joke i am requesting my money back they said no it was to activate the card why would i pay to activate a card that doesn't have any balance on it.I want your help in getting my money back and to shut down their *** business.

Credit Resources Company debited 20$ from my account on Oct 18th without permission

Company debited 20$ from my account on Oct 18th without permission. I signed up for this service with the website which is set up as a guise for an online loan application. Little did I know that a small screen pops up as you click submit advising you the company will charge you 20$ a week for their services. I never received any follow up or any service offerings other then a dead link in my email to Register my account which didn't work. I called the company after this occurred on 3 occasions with no follow up with my last being Oct 18th when I noticed a debit from my bank account. This is deceptive and questionable business practices to say the least. I demand all further debits from my account cease immediately and will expect refunds if this happens again.

This company has beening takeing $20 a week out of my bank account.for a yr now..I sent a few emails and called but never a answer or a email back...the web site then said it was for reporting ur rent to make ur credit score go up...for one I have a mortgage and for 2 why would I sign up for something that I can not use.not sure how they got my banking info but I want the payments to stop and all the money the took from me...i called and talked to my bank they told me to try and get it stopped on there end. But no contact with them...and i see reading the other complaints iam not the only one that this happened too...I thought I would try this first before I got to ***...they have not proved me any services. Just took hundreds of dollars of mine.plus I try to not have money in when they try to take it and that cost me $45 each time...they been taking it a long time...thanks for the help.

Credit Resources I had signed up for Credit Resources not realizing 100% what it was

I had signed up for Credit Resources not realizing 100% what it was. I noticed they took $20 out of my account. I called and got no answer, so sent an email on April 06, asking to cancel my prescription. No response and they continued to take money out. Again, no answer and I sent another email on May 26. At this time they had taken $180 from my account. They replied explaining who they are and never mentioned anything about cancelling. I emailed them that day asking how to cancel my prescription. Again, no reply. My bank advisor and myself contacted them on June 11 via phone. They said my application has been sent to be deleted. They still have been taking money out every Friday. I was able to get through to them today, they said my account is deleted on their end but they keep taking money. No one there seems to be able to tell me how to end this. I am at a point where I think I should close the account I currently have and open an entire new account.

Credit Resources I allegedly signed up for Credit Resources in January

I allegedly signed up for Credit Resources in January...at least, that's when they started taking money out of my account. I called my bank to find out what was going on and who they were. They called me back and said they were a credit repair company that I don't remember signing up for. I found their website and asked them to stop taking money from my account as it had caused some other payments to go NSF forcing my ***. After I contacted them through email they said that I was eligible for a VISA card with $1040. I figured I had already paid for it, so I said they could send it to me. It was only after I received it that they told me I had to make payments of $20/wk for 6 months BEFORE the money would be loaded on the card. AT NO TIME was I told that UNITL I received the card. ***. *** They refuse to answer emails or phone questions.

I have been getting charged STILL $20/wk for some credit recovery bull that I never signed up for in the beginning. Several calls went unanswered, when leaving messages those were not returned. Resorted to filing a complaint against them 6 months ago. As of todays date, nothing has been rectified. I was told way back when, they would stop charging me. But i could benefit by receiving positive credit towards my credit score. Showing payments made to them and monthly rental payments on time blah blah blah.. nothing has been reported. I was aware of a credit type card being given to me once I completed 6 months of weekly payments Well Ive seen/heard nothing! Im a single new mom, who has been recently diagnosed with a *** condition. I have zero income, and that so called pre loaded *** i have yet to see or hear about. Ive been paying for about a year?!? I just need that money as promised, and to stop debiting my account. I am beyond frustrated and that money would be a huge help.

Then I was automatically getting these weekly debits of anywhere between $20-$40 withdrawn from my account. I assumed they were just bank fees so ignored them. When I realized how often they were being withdrawn I approached my bank and they said it was some sort of a *** or *** and they'd look into it. We found out it was Credit Resource taking these weekly withdraws. I never agreed to have weekly debits paid to them! They never approved me for anything or sent me anything or gave me any sort of advice! Why on earth were they taking weekly payments from me without my knowledge! When I spoke to them after trying to reach them for a couple days they were extremely rude and said it was my fault and I also had agreed to their advice and counselling service. I never received any advice or any counselling servi...

Credit Resources I had $20 per week come out of my account since Aug 2019

I had $20 per week come out of my account since Aug 2019. This has cause many NSF charges and missed payments for other bills. At first did not know what credit resources was. Called my bank and talked to *** department. They then gave me an email and phone number to call. I did this in Nov 2020, as this was when I first became aware of this payment. I left numerous messages by email and phone. No one answered back. Finally called *** department. I had phone call with Bank rep, ***. She went over my statements for the last two years. Found number to call. We did manage to talk to a rep named ***. She would not give exact location, but stated business was in Alberta. She noted that a payday loan was started and cancelled same day. *** mentioned that payments have been coming out for 2 years. *** said she would put stop payment and see about getting my money back. They were suppose to email me, never got that. I did have two more payments come out of account. Had to close acct.

Credit Resources Credit Resources started taking money from my account with my permission

Credit Resources started taking money from my account with my permission. I didnt sign up and they havent provided me with any proof that I signed up for this service. I have been in contact several times and hardly hear back from them - and when I do, they send that same generic copy and pasted response asking you to call customer service. When I call customer service, no one answers the phone. I am pretty sure theyre just dragging it out so that they can continue to *** my money. The website says you can cancel any time but that isnt the case (I also didnt even sign *** in the first place). They say they help build credit scores but actually my credit score has gone down because of missed *** payments because credit resources keeps taking my money making it difficult for me to pay my bills. They are also impacting me emotionally because I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed at the lack of care to my request, the theft I feel is happening to me and the dread of checking my account only to see that theyve taken more money after I asked them to stop several times.

Credit Resources Took money from my account

Took money from my account. No debt consolidation happened. Ignored refund requests. In summer of 2019, I was desperate for a loan. I saw the ads for this company and filled out an application. I was called by a rep who told me for $20 a week they could update my credit score and insinuated I was making a prepaid credit card payment or payments towards my debts. I recieved no PAD or official agreement and my credit score stayed the same. After 2 months I assumed I would be contacted with details of how to rebuild my credit, or at least an updated credit score and when I didnt, I emailed them. I didnt hear back. I waited a few more weeks, and demanded they not only stop payment but refund money already paid. They stopped the payments, so I know they read my emails, but my money was never refunded. They are relying on you not putting up a fight for your money. I want my money back

I noticed 20 dollars coming out of my account every week! I did not sign up for any credit resource! Never talked to anyone about helping my credit score etc! I want an immediate refund on my money taken! Probably over 100 dollars or more before I make my complaint to the bank and they do an investigation!

I have also had numerous withdrawals from my account of $20 for no reason and would like all my money refunded! I am currently with PC Gi ancillary now but they had started taking money from me when I was with Pigeon Park Savings. I certainly can't afford to be losing 80-100 a month to this fraudulent company! Please help me

I found credit resources online while looking for a company to approve me for a debt consolidation loan.I filled out my info including bak details requested as I thought it was just to confirm my account and identity. Since then I have not received any communication or confirmation from them and I assumed I was simply not approved. Recently I have checked my bank account and noticed 2 weekly charges of $20 from them. I simply cannot afford that and I'm confused as to why they are charging me since no one has communicated with me. Their advertising is very misleading. I triedmisleading email them to rectify this issue and have been met with silence. I have no agreement documentation from them and this feels like stealing to me. Please investigate into this company as they are truly not very upfront or have a way to actually communicate with a human to resolve issues. I have been hit with an NSF charge of $45 from my bank due as I had no idea that they were going to use my bank information to make unknown charges.

Every week they are collecting money from my account $20 every Friday, when i signed up they promised to help me to increase my credit score helping me to report my rent and other many promises like sending me a credit card and also once i paid $20 every week it will be restored doubled on my credit card that they will send to me since August I have been sending money first I interacted with a certain *** not on a phone but on email I tried to look up to him on LinkedIn no profile they have a customer support number but its a same Filipono woman who changes the address and and name she says she is in *** next day in *** next in *** she says her name is *** today next she is ***, *** and more, you can call in one day and have different answers in one question for example I have been calling them this month every day asking to talk to her supervisor morning she says supervisor is on leave for 2 weeks afternoon she says supervisor will call me at 5:00 thats when hes coming to work, their so called credit expert *** never. I want them to restore all the money they took from me. They work with credit-rent

I tried emailing them to rectify this issue and have been met with silence. I have no agreement documentation from them and this feels like stealing to me. Please investigate into this company as they are truly not very upfront or have a way to actually communicate with a human to resolve issues. I had no idea that they were going to use my bank information to make unknown charges. Please help me to stop $20/week charges from occurring for a false service

Credit Resources I started the initial phase of theie application

I started the initial phase of theie application. When i saw they didnt have a cancelation option for this service ibemailed them and said cancel the rest pf the application. I dont need the service because i do not rent either. Since then they started withdrawing 20 dollars everyweek from my account for months now . Every month they bounce my payments elsewhere and affect my credit negativly. I have written them letter anf mailed it . I have called about 6 times and emaies prob 6 times and said stop taking money and i didnt fully finish application on the credit side of the app. Plus cancel i dont need ypur service. And stop taking money from my daughter and i . I am on EI and struggling. They nevef once have replied . They never once call back. Sometimes there number doesnt work. And they dint answer the phone. They are complete ***. I want my 45x 4 NSFs per month pn their debits plus my 20x4 per month debits rerturned for the times they have *** from us. And all my other nsf because of them. My bank said change account number but thats not right. You are also promised *** with their service as a "member" and that never happened. And who know s if they even report to a credit company. GEt T THem TO SToP .Please. immediatly.

Credit Resources On February 29, a mysterious withdrawal appeared in our bank statement

On February 29, my wife checked our bank account and discovered $20.00 Canadian had been withdrawn by a company with an unlisted name. We contacted the bank's fraud department and were informed that the withdrawal was due to a pre-authorized payment, and the funds were non-recoverable as they had been transferred to the unnamed company. Despite repeated inquiries with the bank, we received no additional information. Online research led us to the company's contact details, prompting us to file a complaint with Complaintsboard.com in Calgary, Alberta. On March 2, I called the company and was told by a representative that the withdrawal might have been made by one of their partners, as I was not in their client database. It remains a mystery how a company in Calgary, Alberta obtained my banking details from an account in Ontario, where I reside. I have never interacted with this company, nor have I authorized any transactions with entities outside of Ontario. I only have three preauthorized payments set up.

Credit Resources I signed up for credit source

I signed up for credit source. They were to take out $20 a week for 6 months which has passed I signed up august 5th and the 6 month was up February 6,2021. I was told by them if you complete 6 full months with no missed payments coming out of direct deposit you get a visa which is through *** which I got and activated that I would get $1040 loaded into the card. This is not the case now there saying I didn't sign up for the card and have to do another 6 months after the card is activated! They told me I would have to do another 6 months of payments to receive that money! No where does it say that all it says is complete the 6 months without a missed payment which I did. They will not refund me and taking to them on the phone there 100% are ***. Also they said they would report this to the credit bureau and it would help my credit become better which I have *** and nothing was ever put through it did not a single thing to help my credit they pretty much just pocketed the money for nothing at all. I talked to the customer service team and a credit specialist and they both will not refund my money or load the 1040 onto the visa they sent me. I am wondering if I should be getting a lawyer or calling the *** on this matter! I also see there not Complaintsboard.com certified I wish I would have seen that when I signed up. All I wanted to do was make my credit better but now I am just out of $520 for nothing. Which I don't have much money to start with.
