This builder is extremely unprofessional, stay away from them. Make sure to document everything you have on hand. Do not use their lender or closing company. They only care to protect the builder not you and you are paying for a service to serve you and protect you but they are protecting the builder. They will see you a home and once it is all said and done, you become no body, they do not even know you. They are ruining their reputation over $2, 100 over charge on settlement and do not have the level of professionalism to call you and try to resolve this. Be careful of the sales team, document everything that you can, you are going to need it.

My neighbors and I have ongoing horrific HVAC problems with our air conditioning in our new construction hiomes--some $700K !.We've spent thosuands of dollars onrepairs not to mention the horrific heat we've endured the past few summers! This is not one or two homes but MANY and many problems in each!Craftmark has taken no responsibility for our losses and hardship.They've sued other inferior subs and a neighbor ahd horrific mold issues.

We were asked by the senior ops manager Dwayne Taylor to send receipts recently and told that the case would be reviewed on a case by case basis We did as told and recieved just a form letter related to "we're out of warranty--no reimbursement" tough luck.

Craftmark misrepresents themselves as a luxury home builder .We bought what we though were quality homes inbcluding our HVAC system., The builder has recently terminated use oif the subcontractor Masters for their new constrcution and the pumps made by Goodman. Masters still has arelatiosnhip for apst servcie warrnaties they duped people into buying. Yet they insist we shoudl contact Masters for repairs and pay out of pocket. Most of the problems relate to incorrect installation by Masters. Craftmark should reimburse us for our expenses.and recoup directly from Masters.
