I placed an order on 27th january 2016 for a customised play station controller. Its been 10 months and all they come up are false promises. Its been so disappointing and i dont know how i can make them accountable for all the agony that they have forced me to go through. Still there are no signs of the controller.
This company has troubled many clients.

Paid 238 and Never received controller
Never received controller. On their youtube channel there are many more people they have scammed out of money. This company has 0 employees, no phone number that works to speak with anyone. Anyone can put up a fake website and steal money. Read all the reviews, don't lose your money like we all did.

No delivery
I recently ordered controller from the company Controller Plus, but I was really disappointed with this seller. The seller provided the confirmation email and wrote about the day of the delivery. However, after 3 weeks I received nothing. I sent them several emails and left messages through Facebook, but the seller ignores me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Scammed out of $120 about 2 years ago, NEVER received my Xbox controller! Looks like Arie Van Mansum here has taken our money and ran with it.
I don't think they're scammers, or rather, I don't think he is a scammer. Just someone who totally bit off more than he could chew. From what I read, this is one guy making all the controllers by himself, and he simply does not have the resources to meet the dates he promises on his website. I ordered a controller for my son's Christmas gift, and it never showed up. I advise anyone who is in a similar situation to look into filing an A to Z claim through Amazon (I believe are payments are processed through them). Best thing you can do is get your money reimbursed and discourage anyone from doing business with this company.
I totally disagree - my son saved for months to buy his controller - He ordered and paid for it in August 2015 - I am still chasing him over 18 months later - He IS a scammer! I will be putting reviews up everywhere I can - this is totally unacceptable and theft in my view! One very disappointed 14 year old boy and an irate mother!

My Step Son asked his mother to order a controller on 8th May 2015 for $160.08, we've had nothing but excuse after excuse why we haven't got it yet.
Now they don't even answer our emails, Arie the owner is nothing more than a scammer and he needs to be named and shamed.
I have therefore set up a Facebook group for this purpose, please feel free to join the group and voice for experiences with Arie Van Mansum and his company. Also! please share with the gaming community, the more people who get to see the Facebook group page the better.

I ordered a custom x-box controller for my son’s birthday. Since then we have not received any communication from Controller Plus and they don't answer their phone. Their page on YouTube has been taken down and while their phone still rings it has no mailbox to leave a message.
