This company is the worst I have ever dealt with! The only service that they provide is that of being a general contractor and they do a terrible job at it. They measure and design your kitchen and then they hire a cabinet maker, someone to make the countertop, and someone to tile the backsplash. They do not fabricate or install anything, and they charge a pile of money for these services! The salesman that I dealt with ordered me the wrong cabinet and then proceeded to avoid my phone calls for over a month when I tried to inquire about it. It took me over 2 months (and many aggravated phone calls and emails) to get it replaced. The salesman told us that the granite contractor would show us three slabs of granite in the color we chose, and we could choose the one we liked; Not true! He showed us one and said "Here's your countertop". The So-called tile contractor that did my backsplash was the worst part of the job (see photo). Two guys came to my house boasting of doing tile for 30 years and proceeded to do a job that looks like a child did it. They butted the tiles together with no grout spaces and some do not lay flat and line up giving a terrible appearance and ruining my kitchen job. I later found out from other tile contractors that he cut the tiles from larger tiles (he made 4four 6 1/2" tiles from one 13" by 13" tile). After several calls and emails to some very smug managers, Consumers Kitchens and Baths management has told me that they will not refund my money and they have gone as far as they are willing to with this. My only recourse is to show you - the consumer my pictures and tell you of my experience so you do not make the same terrible mistake!
