I was investigating a Barbie Doll that was offered for sale for a very small amount of money (less thatn $2, I believe). All I did was look at the itme. I ended up with $67+ being deducted from my bank account with NO authorization for me to do so. They claimed I won a free bag, that all I had to do was pay shipping. I fell for it, however they used my bank information to charge a membership that doesn't exist that I did not agree to. I called the number on the charge but all they would do is cancel not existing membership to whatever and not refund the 67.32. This charge occured on August 14th. I called them August 15 2023.

Consumer Direct Savings Apparently this is a financial service with a subscription

This is a charge on my account from consumer direct savings for $67.32 which I did not they said it was a severe subscription I don't ever sign up for subscriptions apparently my account was hacked and they're refusing a full refund they said they would give me $30 in change instead of what I demanded the full refund! Unfortunately I do not have any other information they said I had an email which I do not have they didn't give me the phone number of consumer direct savings they said there was not one they told me to go to consumer direct savings website and hit contact us and I can send an email I do not sign up for subscriptions so I know this is not something I did put my account in arrears which is costing me money and I do not do that. I wish I had more to add but I did not make this charge nor have any receipts or emails about it obviously did not make this charge I was hacked apparently

This came across my facebook page. A chance to win, so I signed up. When I got my credit card statement they charged me $5.95 for a chance to win and then they also charged me 69.95 for a membership that doesb't exist. When I called them they theu gave me a coupon code for $100 credit to use in their website. Well, the website was invalid and the coupon...
