A barbie doll I was charged for but did not order
I was investigating a Barbie Doll that was offered for sale for a very small amount of money (less thatn $2, I believe). All I did was look at the itme. I ended up with $67+ being deducted from my bank account with NO authorization for me to do so. I called the number that was actually on the bank withdrawal, but, of course, was told they couldn't do...

They claimed I won a free bag, that all I had to do was pay shipping. I fell for it, however they used my bank information to charge a membership that doesn't exist that I did not agree to. I called the number on the charge but all they would do is cancel not existing membership to whatever and not refund the 67.32. This charge occured on August 14th. I called them August 15 2023.

This is a charge on my account from consumer direct savings for $67.32 which I did not they said it was a severe subscription I don't ever sign up for subscriptions apparently my account was hacked and they're refusing a full refund they said they would give me $30 in change instead of what I demanded the full refund! When I got my credit card statement they charged me $5.95 for a chance to win and then they also charged me 69.95 for a membership that doesb't exist.
