I was investigating a Barbie Doll that was offered for sale for a very small amount of money (less thatn $2, I believe). All I did was look at the itme. I ended up with $67+ being deducted from my bank account with NO authorization for me to do so. I called the number that was actually on the bank withdrawal, but, of course, was told they couldn't do anything about it. They did end up refunding half the costs, and of course,

that's all hey were "authorized to refund." Again, I DID NOT authorize this deduction from my bank.

They have kept $37+ and I have received nothing in return. The very least I would expect is to receive a Barbie Doll if they won't refund my money.

I have e-mailed and called a few more times, to no avail.

Next step it an attorney.

Desired outcome: Refund of the rest of my oney
