Computerhope.com reviews and complaints

I was upset with the services and attitude of the company www.computerhope.com. I contacted them and asked to provide the services and help, because I had something with my computer. I spoke with the really disrespectful and rude agent. He told me to pay in advance and they would contact me, but it was lie. I sent them $50 and no one contacted me. I called them again and again and heard only blah-blah. Horrible website, avoid them and post comments. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware that staff is rude, impolite and they won’t provide any help.

This website pops up as one of the first on the list when looking for computer help or free computer help. I got on the site, with what I thought was a simple enough problem, and all I got was attitude. If you need help, REAL help, go someplace ELSE.

This site is NO help, but does have plenty of ATTITUDE.
