Cold Storage reviews and complaints

I am a regular at this Cold Storage and i always notice the Malay or Philipines Cashier always Provide me Rude and black face attitude .Even a plastic bag they also stingy to give extra for heavy items. That particular day was long queue so i line up .After it reach my turn the philipine cashier whose name is Farhan or something became very hostile and told me this cashier cannot redeem passion card points and rudely ask me queue up at e other cashier .i was stunned even it state that but it was written in a small way unnoticed. After i became a little pissed and infront of me he purposely bang the basket n a loud manner after he cash my items.That was rude. Second incident i tell the Chinese Auntie skinny Cashier i want extra plastic bags as item is heavy and she give me a look .after i use my passion card to tap i forgot that i haven pay but she make me embarassed by saying loudly " hey you haven pay"...what type attitude its not like i was going to run away with the groceries ...i was a regular and i was still in the stall...after she never smile or even saying thanks you like the other malay cashiers.Its not like the items are free and there is totally no customer service there...really horrible...😰😠😕😑
