Item not shipped - no customer service
These people charged my card and then never shipped my item. The order status on the website doesn't give you status at all and you can't contact their customer services via phone as calling from my cell phone gave me a "Call not allowed." error. I emailed them several times and never got a response which is unacceptable. I will be calling Visa later to have them charge back the charges. DO NOT USE closeout.com. Closeout.com is a scam and did not ship my item. Read the reviews before using a retailer that your not used too! Shame on you closeout.com. FAIL!

Dishonest Operation - C/S a joke!
Closeout.com -- I ordered a coffee table per their offer online. They took my order, charged my credit card, then refused to deliver the item at the promised price. Customer service was beyond poor. Many attempts to resolve the problem were ignored. Poor communication skills and lack of honesty regarding this problem. They said the item was out of stock. I checked with the manufacturer and there were 40 sitting in the warehouse. DO NOT shop with this merchant! The website looks slick but it is a sham. I suspect that this is just a couple of guys with good computer skills, but poor English, running a shady scheme out of their living room.

Fraud
I ordered a sleek and ultra laptop for my son of this website. Problem started when I tried to contact the company. I called and left so many messages thier mailbox was full. I also emailed this company atleast 8 times. I still have yet to get a response from them. However, they did manage to charge my card 67.00 and yet I still have not seen the product or heard from thier company.

I ordered curtain valences from Closeout. They billed my credit card but never sent a thing. I tried to call, but now phone number is disconnected and website suddenly needs a username and password to look at it. Credit card company is following up for me.
Ordered Sleeping bag. Back-ordered. Three months later they took money from my PayPal account but never delivered. Many e-mails later I got them to cancel the order. They never credited my PayPal account. Many e-mails later and no response whatsoever. Nor did they return phone calls.
