I ordered shoes on the 17/12/2013 month later I received them only to find that they were the wrong size . The size I ordered was woman's 7 and had men's 8 not happy that there is nothing on the invoice on how to sent them back . I bought a Moncler on monclershop, and paid soon by raelypay transiction. After few days moncler contacts me to tell that they couldn't send me my moncler, so I asked to refund me, and they have done it on 7 th dec 2012. they said, you will received your money on your credit card. Now, 22 th feb 2013, I haven't yet received my money on my credit card. It is that possible, is there any problem may you want other details to send me money?freencexa from Italy

too was scammed by them. Ordered Ugg Boots and then realised they were a fake site. Taken my money and I will never see any boots, fake or otherwise. Cancelled my card and my Bank are trying to get the money back

I ordered a northface 2 years ago and they still keep saying yeah you will get your refund. Has anybody been able to do anything about these jerks!?

Same thing here. Who can we report these jerks to? I was never refunded my 90 dollars and I was charged over the amount of what I had purchased. Has anyone been able to do anything?

I recently ordered 4 pairs of Oakley sunglasses off of a connected website operating in Beijing and the website used realypay.com for the payment processing and I was nervous to continue with my order after reading all the complaints about realypay.com. I continued to put in the order and purchase the sunglasses anyways just to see if it was true since I work for the government currently, after the payment was processed I recieced a confirmation email along with another email 48 hours after I put in the order stating that the items were shipped out on so and so date and included a time frame of the shipping, after 8 business days I became nervous of the so called scam in question when suprisingly I received the sunglasses on that 8th business day. After further investigation I'm here to say it's not realypay.com that the issue the site is merely payment processing the scams are the shady sites you order the goods from, there are a lot of sites that are scams and no matter what when you purchase cheap products online that are too good to be true there are always the risk you will get scammed. Some advice people never order over $100 worth of product to a new or shady website without checking for scams and doing some online investigation first. Thanks hope this column helped somebody or prevented any further losses.

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son October 17, 2013and realypay took the money out my account. The next day I emailed the buyer to tell them I need to cancel the order and they said ok we will send refund but would have to wait 40 days. I waited 40 days and still hadn't received a refund. Realypay says they are processing the refund with the bank. I email them every week and they keep telling me to wait, he is urging the bank to hurry and process. It don't take 5 months for nothing to be processed. I want my 103.00!

AVOID! I ordered only one kids t-shirt from www.cheapfootballshirtshd.co.uk. They sell fake football shirts. They say they sent the items you ordered and suddenly you receive a letter (mine was from Belgium, an organisation called abac-baan - http://abac-baan.be/ that supposedly represents Puma) that says that you ordered fake goods and according to the law the goods were confiscated at customs and destroyed. They were asking me to pay €300 in order to cover their investigation expenses. The letter mentioned nothing about my order number, there was no copy of my invoice and the goods mentioned in the letter did not correspond to my order. Also if you use this anti-fraud organisation's site http://abac-baan.be the links don't work and everything in it looks like print-screen. I believe this whole thing was set up by www.cheapfootballshirtshd.co.uk and realypay.com. I think that they never send you any goods, instead the send this letter in order to frighten you about criminal procedures and force you to pay €300.

Completely true Ordered UGSS from UGGHombre. Absolutely fake. Synthetic lining and they stunk. RealyPay is a fraud. They offer NO help. Avoid them and buy your UGGS from a reputable site. Pay the money. The peace of mind is worth it. You cannot get in touch with them. There is no message posted when you file a complaint. I lost $100.00 on this scam.

I ordered a pair of UGGS boots for my daughter from the site UGGSHOMBRE. It is a total fake. Realy Pay is a scam. I was sent fake UGGS and there is no way to log in on RealyPay and get your messages from the vendor. Lesson learned order UGGS from a reputable site. Pay the money and get the real deal. If it sounds too good to be true. It is. My UGGS arrived and they have fake synthetic lining and had a foul smell. They ar disgusting and falling apart. I'm out $100.00. Shame on me for falling for this scam. RealyPay is horrible. Stay away! They offer NO HELP.
