City of Milwaukee reviews and complaints

Stay away from the crack neighborhoods like Avenues West, Merrill Park and Corcordia in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Because Those neighborhoods are full of crackheads, crack addicts, drug addicts, prostitutes and panhandlers! Those bad people be urinating, defacating and breaking glass windows inside the bus shelters, They hang out on the 2000 block & 3000 block of Michigan Street, Wisconsin Avenue, Wells Street, Kilbourn Avenue, State Street, Highland Avenue, Juneau Avenue, McKinley Avenue and Vliet Street! Those bad people create problems by drinking alcohol, smoking weed, talking funny, smelling bad, starting trouble & starting problems, loitering and sleeping inside
& outside the apartment building, They don't wanna work, because they are too lazy to go out and find a job and They are afraid to tell the white man about their criminal past, They be begging people for money and change on the street and at Walgreens on 35th & Wisconsin Avenue during store hours! In 2018,2022 and 2023, Property management companies be selling their apartments to Berrada Properties, Because property management companies are sick, tired and fed up with the problems that black people be causing inside and outside the apartment building. The black tenants are getting evicted from those apartment buildings that are owned by Berrada Properties & The Mexican people started moving in those apartment buildings in those neighborhoods. I like the Southside neighborhoods and The White neighborhoods better than the Black neighborhoods in Milwaukee, Wisconsin!

Do not move to Avenues West,Merrill Park and Concordia West neighborhood in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,because those neighborhoods are bad in that city! Those neighborhoods are full of crackheads,drug addicts,crack addicts and prostitutes. Berrada Properties owns a lot of apartment buildings in those neighborhoods that causes mice,rat and pest infestation! In 2018 Family Dollar on 35th & Juneau Ave was closed down because of crime,In April 2019 McDonald's on 35th & Juneau closed down,On January 3,2020 BP Gas Station on 35th & McKinley Ave was closed and shut down,because of a lot of nuisance from Black people shooting,panhandling,drug dealing,loitering and sleeping on gas pumps! Black People are making those neighborhoods worse and unsafe for innocent people to live in! The church on 3022 West Wisconsin Avenue used to have a food pantry until they closed it down and turned it to Pathway High School where the Blacks,Whites and Hispanics go. The Walgreens located at 3522 West Wisconsin Avenue on 35th & Wisconsin Avenue is bad,Because black men and black women be loitering and panhandling in front of that store harassing Black,White and Hispanic customers! That's why that Walgreens on 35th & Wisconsin Ave don't open 24 hours a day no more,because of the black panhandlers be making customers and shoppers uncomfortable! Olympia Fashions located at 2701 West Wells Street and China Taste restaurant located on 749 North 27th Street moved to Sa different location in Milwaukee,Wisconsin because of crime and Wiegand Enterprises is remodeling and renovating in that area.Family Dollar,Kilbourn Kitchen,Wendy's,27th St Optical,The Goodway Grille and Care Bears Lounge located on the 900 block of North 27th Street is bad! Black people be stealing items from that Family Dollar 930 North 27th Street! US Bank located at 2537 West Wisconsin Avenue,Black People be starting problems with innocent people in outside in front of that bank,That's why Alyssa Wilson who worked there got transferred to a different US Bank downtown,Because black people be starting problems at that bank! Do not move in that neighborhood,Stay away from that neighborhood,Because that neighborhood is trouble for innocent people in Milwaukee,Wisconsin!

Do not move to Avenue's West neighborhood.because that neighborhood is dirty,filthy and nasty! Black people who live in apartment buildings in that neighborhood like to live dirty and nasty, They are troublemakers,crackheads,drug and crack addicts. Berrada Properties owns a lot of apartment buildings in that neighborhood on Highland Avenue,Kilbourn Avenue,Wells Street,Wisconsin Avenue & Michigan Street. Alderman Robert Baumann live on the corner of 29th & Kilbourn Avenue,He knows what goes on in those neighborhoods! Black people drive too fast in their cars on Wells Street between 27th Street & 35th Street and They play and blast heir music loud in that neighborhood! Alderman Bauman closed and shut down McDonald's on 35th and Juneau in 2019 and BP Gas Station on 35th and McKinley Avenue closed down in 2020,because Black people be shooting,loitering,hanging around,selling drugs,panhandling and sleeping next to the gas pumps! Family Dollar,Kilbourn Kitchen,Wendy's and Care Bears lounge needs to close and shutdown on 27th and Kilbourn Ave,Walgreens on 35th and Wisconsin Avenue needs to close and shut down too,Because Black people don't know how to act,They be panhandling,loitering,hanging around and selling drugs! They be stealing from Family Dollar on 27th & Kilbourn and Stealing from Walgreens on 35th and Wisconsin Avenue,That's why a security guard always comes to those two stores early in the morning before those two stores open to present black people from stealing stuff out of those stores! The check cashing place and US Bank on 26th & Wisconsin Avenue,Black people be causing and starting trouble with people at those two places too,They be outside in the front loitering,hanging out and panhandling asking people for money! Black people don't wanna work and go to college,That's why a lot of innocent White,Chinese/Asian/Vietnamese and other colored race people be moving out of that neighborhood,Because Avenues West neighborhood is unsafe for people to live in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! Stay out and Stay away from Avenue's West neighborhood,because that neighborhood is trouble and Black people are trouble in that neighborhood.Move to a White & Hispanic neighborhood (Southside) and Move to a white community!
