In 2022,2023,2024 and 2025 and 2026 Berrada Properties have been causing too much havoc in the City of Milwaukee by buying apartment buildings that was owned by previous property management companies! Jomela Properties, JT Riley Properties,Smart Asset Realty, Team Management,Pine Tree Apartments,Optimum Property Management and other property management companies sold their apartments to Berrada Properties! Everytime when Berrada Properties own a apartment building in the City of Milwaukee bad things always happen inside their apartment buildings from pest infestation,water damage,frozen pipes,fire hazards,no heat & no water and other kinds of bad issues! Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties wanna see bad things happen to good tenants in the City of Milwaukee!
