City of Milwaukee review: Property management companies not taking care problems at their apartment building

City of Milwaukee apartments are getting real high on rent! White people can afford high rent in the city,Downtown and in the suburbs. Black People,Hispanic/Latino People,Native American Indian People,Arab/India People,Chinese/Asian/Filipino People and Hmong People cannot afford high,higher and highest rent in the City of Milwaukee! White People are raising up the rent in their apartments from $600.00, $700.00, $800.00, $900.00, $1000.00,$1100.00, $1200.00, $1300.00 and more in the City of Milwaukee. The rent needs to be lowered down in Milwaukee so that colored people can afford it!

Ashley M. Hudson is crazy and She's a threat against the tenants at Kilbourn Commons at 2835 West KIlbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! What happened inside Kilbourn Commons in 2018 was Ashley threw French Salad Dressing up against the front hallway walls, She hit tenants apartment doors on the third floor, Because her Wisconsin Quest Card was missing and She was banging on the front hallway door loud, So that someone can let her in on the second floor! Rosie Galarza and Team Management gave her an eviction notice to move out of Kilbourn Commons. On West Vliet Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Ashley M. Hudson was shot and killed during a confrontation in June 2025, She got what she deserved for acting crazy and for acting crazy inside Kilbourn Commons!

Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is money hungry and greedy for money ever since he came from Morocco to the United States, He arrived to City of Milwaukee,Wisconsin to go to college at Marquette University for Business and Administration so that he can start his own business called Berrada Properties! Yousseff 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are full of crap by evicting a lot Black People and Mexican People. They like to cause pest infestation by letting mice,rat,bug and other pest infestations in tenants apartments! Their apartments always ending up catching on fire when black tenants live inside their apartments.Berrada Properties always taking black tenants items and belongings after the apartment fire.Berrada Apartments pipes be busting and bursting during the wintertime,They don't turn on black tenants heat during the winterime/cold weather causing tenants to freeze and to be cold! Everytime you call and contact Berrada Properties by phone,e-mail and text,They don't respond back to you! If you go to their corporate office located on 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin to see Youseff 'Joe' Berrada,Beth Notollii and Archie Blunt The black security guy answers the door and He will tell you that You have to call to schedule an appointment! Stay away from Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, Because they will screw you out of your apartment in Milwaukee,Wisconsin. Go to a different property management company that is not affiliated with Berrada Properties!
