Beth Notolli and Berrada Properties don't let tenants transfer to a different apartment when something is wrong inside their apartment! How Yossef 'Joe' Berrada makes his money is everytime when He and Berrada Properties evict a Black tenant and a Mexican tenant,He takes them to court for the eviction,When the tenant loses the eviction case in court, Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties gets a judgment against the tenant. He uses tenants money to buy fancy cars,boats,houses,a jet plane and to pay for his mortage for his big mansion in Mequon,Wisconsin.
