Whole service
If I could have given no stars I would have. Where to start with this terrible service, first I had to send at least 10 mails for them to add my mag box mac address which took 4 days. And then once they replied it was done no channels were loading. So then I had to wait some more days, for them to reply that it doesn't actually work on my mag 254 box!!! But...
