I have tried reasoning with them, pleaded with them to give me my money back but to no avail. They won't even let me speak to someone in charge. I have been trying to call since the 25 of july. Every day. One day they tell me the supervisor will be there in an hour and that he will call me back. He never does. Then they tell me he's on vacation until monday. I call back the next monday, same story - on vacation till monday! Which monday? They change their names from steve to sam to mac and there is a young lady also she calls herself crystal.
Do not do business with this company!
Do not give them your credit card number!
If you try doing business with this company, be sure you do not want to cancel because if you try to cancel they will debit your credit card for all they can, that is, 498$. I had a verbal agreement that they would take 166$ per month for 3 months. But the same day I called to cancel, they debited my credit card for 332$ - which is to total amount of the contract but they had rendered no services. Since then (July 25) I have been trying to speak to someone in charge but they keep stalling and they change names also. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
they took payments and gave no services
Hi, my name is Johanne, i'm from Quebec and i was duped by this company. I called them on July 17, 2017 to inquire about their services and i was foolish enough to give them my credit card number. On July 25, i called to cancel because I had just found out that i had to pay an additional 631$ to the CLCC (Centre de libérations conditionnelles du Canada) They don't tell you this when you ask for information. So I called Visa to see what amount they had taken and they told me they had taken 166$. Which was in accordance with the verbal agreement I had mad with a guy named Sam. They were to take another 166$ in August and September. They never called me back on the 25th. I called again on the morning of the 26th and didn't receive a call back either. I called for a third time in the afternoon and they refused to transfer me to the person responsible for the accounts telling me the person would call me back in Monday! I was getting anxious so i decided to go check out my Visa card. I couldn't believe it! THEY HAD TAKEN THE PAYMENT FOR THE NEXT TWO MONTHS! They knew that i wanted to cancel yesterday! Why did they take my money that they were supposed to take only in August and September? I was really angry so i called back again but was totally disregarded. There was no one to speak to except for the person answering the phone who doesn't know anything and can't pass the phone on the someone who does. Really disappointed with this company and I will CERTAINLY fight to get my money back. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
False Advertising
Here are some things I found on their website, which are totally false: "If you have ever been convicted of a criminal offence you are automatically banned from entering the USA. If you wish to enter the USA you must first obtain a waiver, even if you have a Canadian Pardon you will still require a USA Waiver…" THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! There are many criminal...
