People read reviews about the company BWF Parcels before you send the parcels. I didn’t know that this company was unprofessional, deceiving and would lose our parcel. We have sent the parcel to our grandchildren and the representative said that the delivery would take 7-15 days. We called my son and he said that he didn’t get the parcel. We started to phone to this company, but we understood that something has happened, because the rep hasn’t replied directly and was confused.

I live in Canada and recently find the information about the company BWF Parcels. It was written on the website that they deliver parcels from USA to Canada and it would be delivered within several days. I bought some stuff from one company and BWF Parcels guaranteed that it would be delivered. I have waited two months and heard a lot of promises from the seller, but I stopped to trust them.
