DO NOT TAKE $ OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
I got my free credit report and now I'm being charged $12+/month. I have complained about it TWICE! I want this taken care of and my $$ PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!NOW! My next communication will be from my lawyer. I am on a fixed income, and by the sounds of this, maybe I can get other complaintants and have them start a class action suit.

No credit
Wasn't sure of the charge on my bill so I called my credit card company (B of A) and they said as a courtesy they would credit my account. A couple of days later I receive a letter from B of A saying that they were unable to credit my account and the next thing I know, I receive another bill for the same amount. Why am I paying for something that I don't know what it is and why can't my credit card company figure it out.

I noticed a charge for 14.99 for BAC Privacy Assist on my Mom's statement. I called the bank to stop it. They have been charging her for 9 months. BAC preys on the elderly on Social Security. My Mom did not authorized or join BAC Privacy Assist. The bank rep told me there they can only stop it and there is no refund. They slammed my Mom for 135.00 before I caught it.
OMG i called this company after seeing a the charge on my bill, i checked and it had been happeining for a few months... i was so upset.. i found all these articles online about people who say they didnt say yes to the service...to make the story short.. i requested that they give me all my money or show me that i agree to it... obviously i didnt agree and i was really mad... well they played me the recording when i accepted the service.. now i wonder if this is what every one is so angry about... did we just agree and lost track? after cancelling i went to their website, and their service isnt really that bad.. im thinking about getting it again.. i just feel ashamed to call and subscribe after the way i treated their employees and manager for something i did get... any one can give me a good suggestion... i may cosider
