Rude rep and I haven't received my order, but I placed it 15 days ago
I ordered supplies for painting from the website www.artsuppliesonline.com. I placed the order 10 days ago, but I received only one email, which stated that they got my order. After that nothing. I called them, but the rep replied in rude manner and told that my order would be shipped today. After 5 days I still haven’t received it, and I went to the website and filled the form in order to get money back, but still no reply. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

They never sent any update emails at all
Ordered an item way back on 9/20. Only 1 confirmation email, then nothing. Tried to call on the weekend to check on things & was rudely informed that their customer service dept is only open M-F. Called today & was told "we are just getting ready to ship that item". When I asked what took so long, I was informed that they were busy with back to school. They never sent any update emails at all. I requested that she cancel the order & she was rather blasé about it! Never ordering from the, again & I am happy I used Amex in case they try to pull a fast one & charge me!
