anti-virus protection reviews and complaints
unauthorized charge
On November 8, 2009, DRI*CA.COM Software put through a charge on my mastercard, The National Bank of Canada. They did not have the correct expiry date, however, they seemed to get the charge accepted for $49.99 US/$55.02. The reference is Z3228656600
The time is approaching again for a charge which I do not wish to have as I no longer use their anti-virus. I would like to assure that this does happen again. I tried reaching them at [protected]. A recording comes on that this number is no longer in service.
Please help me to rid myself of this compnay and be assured to 'NO MORE CHARGES'.

Paid for service i did not receive
I was recieving messages saying my virus protection (spy sweeper) was expiring. I was late in renewing and lost Internet connections. I contated the online payment option to renew. I was charged $90.90 but did not receive the service.
I had my neighbor come over two days later so I could get connected. (computer Geek) He set me up with Trend Micro-Antivirus for half the price and my Internet worked immediately once again.
I have been unable to locate anyone from Spy Sweeper...I did go online and send an email off from there site but there has been no response.
I would like a refund of $90.90
The order ID given was: BBW0009384-pndib
The Registration Key Code given was: AGB32-KLFV3-943VM-LVM800
I would like the payment returned that was charged on the card # I entered. (Visa-debit...It has already processed through my bank.)
Thank you,
