Refund never received
Ordered a sectional in November 2022 with delivery date of Jan 03, 2023. Delivery date kept getting pushed out until April so I requested a refund in February. I have made numerous attempts to contact them with a recording saying you have to message the. So I have messaged them about 12 times with the same generic response of they were looking into it. I sent them over $1600.00 and I want my money back. Now their website is ‘conveniently’ down and there is no way to get in touch with them. All I want is MY MONEY and to stop them from taking what is not theirs.

Refusing to issue a credit for cancelled product
Please do not do business with this company!
Order placed on 7/19/22: customer service told me order was on a slight delay.
8/20/22:
9/2022: cancelled the order after 2 months and now 4 months later they are still not issuing refund for the cancelled product!
10/11/22: inquired about credit and I was told they were "looking into it"
11/22/22 - still no refund and I had to file a cliam with my credit card company!

Furniture not received. Refund requested.
Run run run. ACF wholesale furniture is the pits. Ordered over $5000 with the furniture In February. The middle of August and I've only received two night stands. In every time I called I was told next month next month. While I finally get fed up and canceled the whole order. It's been so long my original payment method is no longer useful. And although I have given instructions to ACF to deposit my refund The new payment method or the new car that I was given that's now on file they refused to do it. This company is the pits.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I normally don't write reviews, even when I may have a horrible experience, but they are straight up thieves. We ordered our furniture Feb 2nd of this year and we still don't have it. They told us initially that it was back ordered and we would receive it in April. Well, it's July and we still don't have it.
