Dining set
On March 27, 2022 I purchased a dining set consisting of a dining table, 6 barstool chairs and a furniture warranty from ACF Wholesale totaling $1443.51, order #118689. The purchase was placed on my credit card and ACF charged the purchase to my credit card right away at the time of order. As I received no word from ACF Wholesale following the purchase, I contacted them in writing on 4/01/22 asking for an estimate of when I would receive my purchase. Response from ACF on 4/1/22 stated an estimate of June 2022. On June 13, 2022 I again contacted ACF in writing as I again received no word regarding my purchase. On June 14, 2022 ACF responded in writing stating it was backordered again until at least August of 2022. On July 26, 2022 I contacted ACF in writing requesting they either provide a date of delivery or refund me in full for my purchase. I did not receive response from ACF but rather received delivery of just 4 dining chairs shipped July 30, 2022 with no other contact regarding this or explanation from ACF Wholesale. On September 16th and then October 7 respectively, I contacted ACF Wholesale in writing requesting they either provide me with the rest of my dining set in its entirety or take back the 4 chairs sent and provide me with a full refund plus the interest I had now accrued on my credit card from March 27 through October 7 for a purchase not received. I have yet to receive anything in writing nor a phone call from ACF Wholesale. It has now been close to a year and a half - I have not received the rest of my dining room set nor a refund I had requested twice in writing. Attorney General's office - totally useless in defending me as a consumer. The chairs I paid for now say they are no longer available thus I will never get my set. As such, I just want my money back that ACF fraudulently stole.

A king bed set
I placed an order back September 30, 2021 I was then told my order should be 3-6 month back order and from then they repeatedly said that. I did not cancel as alot was back ordered due to covid. 11/16/2022 I was told my information has been submitted for a refund and never seen such. Here we are June 23,2023 no money and company website is gone. I have filed previously with BBB.

Never delivered furniture
In September 2021 I paid for a couch to be manufactured and then delivered directly to me with an estimate of two months. Throughout 2022 supposedly the delay was due to Covid affecting manufacture times and then the delay was due to supply chain issues until now in 2023 all lines of communication no longer exist. Now it’s too late to get a refund through the credit card.

Did not receive refund
On December 13, 2022 I ordered a Realyn Chipped white king bed, I received an email stating the bed would be delivered at the end of January 2023. On January 12, 2023 I received an email stating the bed was on backorder and would not be delivered till the end of March 2023. I immediately cancelled the order and received another email stating they were processing the cancellation and it would take 7-14 days. After numerous emails I still have not received my refund in the amount of $822.41. I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which closed the complaint due to no response from ACF Wholesale. Today's date is May 29, 2023 and still no refund! Do Not Buy From This Company! They are dishonest and will not deliver when they say or return your Money!

On April 22, 2022, I ordered an 8-piece Ashley Realyn Bedroom Suite and a Ashley Realyn Vanity. They said they ordered it, but each month as I asked where it was, they said Ashley has it back ordered. I kept on and on till last month. I think a year is long enough. It is now almost May of 2023 and I ordered and paid for an Ashley dresser in September of 2022. They told me in January that it was backordered. I asked again in March and their response suggested a cancellation, so I cancelled and requested my refund. I have not received a response yet even though I have posted to their website multiple times. I have not received any refund of any kind and keep requesting every other day. Now for the last 2 days 4/25-4/27 their website is down. I have filed a complaint with BBB with no update yet. Do not purchase from this company. I am completely frustrated.

Never refunded
I ordered an “in stock” ottoman from this company on August 12, 2022 and, of course, they took my money immediately. Three days later I received a message saying it was on back order for at least 12 weeks. I followed up on October 27th and was informed that the back order had been extended until at least January of 2023. After following up in January, I was told that my order has been canceled and a refund would be processing within seven business days. To this day I have yet to receive a refund. I have reached out numerous times inquiring on my refund and have gotten nothing but the run around. Now, they’ve just stopped answering me. On March 1 they said they would mail me a check and let me know. I’ve heard nothing back.

Hi it took a lot, but I went to my bank and filed a dispute. Even though it had been a year. The company started emailing me when I started emailing everyone that was connected to ACF. He said if my band and/or credit card would file a dispute he would not object to it. I had my money a couple of days later. It is still provisional, but if the company isn't lying it should be a good refund. If not I will continue my battle to get my money back. I was prepared to go to Columbus, MS and file a small claim. That is the address of the company although they didn't have a real business there. The owners live there too. I will not lay down and let them take almost $3000 from me. Flynnter king panel bed set
On June 20, 2022 I placed an order online for the above mentioned with ACF Wholesale. My CC was charged on June 21,2022. I received a notification (via email) that the product was backordered and estimated shipping date will be in September. After inquiring about my order in September I was told it was backordered for 12 weeks. I continued to get the same automatic reply of my product being backordered for 12 weeks. In March of 2023 I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told that it will take 7-14 days and then another 5 -7 days from my institution to refund my money. After inquiring about my refund I was told that they were unable to put the money back on my card and they would issue me a check and to verify my address (which they should have already had from the CC information. I sent them the information. I continued to follow up with them and they stopped responding to my requests of information regarding my refund. Item never received
Dec 27 2022 I placed an order online for a recliner $365.62 When the email was sent and gave a shipping date of Feb 15 2023 I contacted them and cancelled my order. They sent me an email stating they would cancel my order and my refund would take 7-10 business days. I sent another message in January and they replied sorry for the delay in your refund. To date I have not received my refund or recliner. When you contact them by phone now it says go to our website or click here which send you to it. Now when you go on their website it says down for maintenance.

Master bedroom furniture - order #131040
This was placed August 18, 2022, and after several months their only update we received was order has been back ordered. On Feb 6, 2023, we got tire and decided to cancel the order. Since cancellation of the order, we still have not received our refund. Response from them stated that they were unable to process the refund back to card that was used for the purchase and requested confirmation of address for them to issue a check. We responded providing bank account information, routing number and account number but haven’t heard from then. No one is responding to multiple messages we have sent

Chair delivery (swivel rocker)
I ordered a piece of furniture, a chair to be specific, July 2022. They said it would be delivered in a month. When I did not receive it, I reached out to them and they pushed back the time frame I would receive this chair. I still did not receive it when they said I would. I finally decided to cancel the order. They said they would send me a refund this was back in December. It is now March 2023 and I still have not gotten my refund. I have sent numerous emails and still have not received anything. This company is a fraud. They are thieves. They should not be in business. Please help.

still waiting for my refund after months
Ordered a dresser in the beginning of January and the second I ordered an 'in stock' item, I received an email that it wasn't in stock and I had to wait until mid February. I followed with them only to find out I had to wait until 'possibly' the end of April. I immediately cancelled the order to only deal with frustration ever since and still haven't received my funds. I've since reported this to my bank, the BBB and the BBB had me file with the Attorney General as they no longer reply to BBB complaints either. BUYER BEWARE!

Same thing is happening to me! This company is a scam! I am so mad! Out 812.00 and no sofa! They are refusing to refund my money and my credit card ruled in their favor! I am livid!
Product never received
I placed an order for (3) pieces of furniture last April, I followed up every singe month and they just kept pushing it back month after month! I told them I would accept a partial delivery as at least 1 of my pieces would come before the other and nothing. I was told I can't cancel because it was submitted to the manufacturing company. I have had it, I'm calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never buy from them again!

Furniture never received
I purchased furniture online through the ACF Furniture website, and was told it would take 8-12 weeks to arrive. Now here we are 1 1/2 years later, and still no furniture has been received to this day. I had to call so many different numbers I found in Google or was given by other Ashley customer service reps, because I was getting the run around from ACF...

8/19 Received e'mail stating my order was updated to ship 9/26/2022.
10/20/2022 I requested a shipping update via e'mail.
Same Day Reply from ACF: Order backdated until Dec
11/11/22 I requested cancellation after reading many bad reviews and not having the product.
12/12/22: Filed complaint with BBB.
1/13/23: After 2 weeks, BBB stated the company failed to respond to them.
1/13/23: I e'mailed ACF about an update to cancellation of my order.
Same Day Reply: Sent cancellation request to refund department.

Furniture order
I placed an order for an Ashley nightstand on May 22, 2022. I still have not received it. I have sent email after email and get the same crap story,. It's on back order and will be sent on such and such a date. The date comes and goes. I send another email. Same story. I'm, still waiting. It is December. I demanded a refund and received a response stating that no refunds are issued once the order goes to the manufacturer. So I respond, but the order hasn't been filled. Still same response... No refunds once order has ben sent to manufacturer. So.. I guess I just gave them 183.00 for nothing. What I find most amusing is on their website they post the following:

My refund I am titled to and for this to not happen to anyone else.
I placed several orders from June of 2022 and August of 2022. I needed the extra money in September and my orders still wasn't fulfilled so I called and cancelled. The lady I talk to told me and sent an email stating it would be 7-14 days for my refund to go back to my banking account. Now we are in November I can't get an answer from them or even to answer the phone. I stay on hold for hours waiting to talk to someone. When it's finally my turn to talk to someone they hang up on me. I just want my money back!

Mirimyn antique white door accent cabinet - order confirmation #126720
I ordered an accent cabinet online from ACF Wholesale on June 18, 2022 at cost of $514.04. This was paid with my Fifth Third bank mastercard at the time the order was placed. The order was supposed to take 2-6 weeks to ship. I never received the item. I did contact the company by phone (waited 2 hours on hold) and was told I should receive it in September. I did not receive the item and, after several emails, asked that the order be canceled and the payment refunded to my card. I received and email on on September 6 stating that they were processing my request with the manufacturer and would issue a full refund once they received confirmation that the order was canceled. Once receiving confirmation, it would take up to 7-14 days. I never received the refund and continued to try and reach them without success. The last email from ACF was an automated message stating management was looking into the issue and hoped to settle ASAP. I did contact my bank (Fifth Third) and filed a dispute (case # C22102956042). I also faxed copies of some of my emails to the dispute team. I still have not had any information regarding a refund of my money.

Desk
Fraudulent Company! Never order from ACF Wholesale. I placed my order for a desk on June 21, 2022. It's now Oct. 26, 2022. I inquire every few weeks. No response from the company giving updates. You can't get a human on the phone. I've waited hours and they're never going to answer. The last update I received was in Aug that it might be Oct. at the earliest that I might receive the desk. So still no real timeframe. I tried canceling my order last month and all they respond with is that it was past the time to refund and that I can return the desk and pay their fees. We all know there is no desk coming. They're committing fraud with no intention to ever supply the product purchased. Contacting my attorney.
