They will try to pressure you to apply without answering questions and try to pressure you into a phone call when you have rights not to be pressured. Agent calling herself Jennifer Fisher is particularly nasty and condescending and nasty. She will falsely accuse you of showing too much aggression if you object to them trying to use too much pressure. The other agent us Mark Pulliam who will not give you information in writing, but will pressure you for a call.
