I have been buying and selling with this site for over 10 years. I have 5 star ratings as a buyer and seller. There was a dispute over an approximately $200 order that was mistakenly billed to my brother's Discover Card, and I have been trying and trying to SPEAK to someone at Reverb to just pay the bill and I have removed my brother's Discover Card from my account.

Reverb will not CALL me and its impossible to speak to them in any way shape or media!

In the meantime, my stellar record with them is now frozen so I cannot access my sales, returns or purchases. Please help me!
