Paying my report HOA’s and continually threatening if delinquency when the quarterly payment isn’t due.

HOA Accountant III- she is unfriendly. Only threatens.

My dues are 11/17/2022. Yet I’ve been receiving threatening foreclosure emails from Megan who will not correspond via telephone, or even a comment.. just threatening emails regarding my hoa dues that aren’t even due.

She’s threatening, violating my agreement with the mgmt by sending these threats before the due date. Feels like personal revenge yet I do not know her.

I’ve owned my property in steamboat springs Colorado since 2014. Never missed 1 payment, never been treated in this manner.
