Delivery Driver opened all packages without notifying us. Then proceeded to leave pallet, carboard and plastic in the parking lot of a neighboring business. When asked to take trash to our trashcan by our manager, driver refused. when asked about a missing package, driver said he didn't know and left building. because of disturbing conversation owner went after him to inquire about trash issue, driver continually said it's not his job and he cannot take trash/pallet to the respective place. Therefore, elderly owner was forced to clean trash of neighboring business. Very unprofessional, will never be using Estes again nor recommending to sister business or other local companies.
Claimed loss: Loss of time
Desired outcome: We would like the proper measures taken whether that includes better customer service, an apology to our owner or proper response to our complaint. Along with a different driver IF we ever have the need for using Estes again.
