I understand this is a complaint board, and not a mediation for myself and the company but I am so frustrated with this whole process! My boyfriends car was involved in an accident when his car was rear ended by a uhaul driver. When she rear ended the back of his car, she also smashed the back of another drivers car and the driver in front of that driver. This incident happened on July 8th, it is now September 12th and this issue still has not been resolved! It’s been 2 months and as you can imagine any damages done of these vehicles has worsened due to continuous wear & tear. All parties involved has been in contact with a representative from this company who each has given us the run around and now they keep saying that a “pro beta breakdown” from geico is the hold up. It has been several weeks and they are still dragging that out. When the driver last spoke to a representative from geico they stated they have nothing to do with this claim because they were not at fault. I have also had my dealings with geico and I know that they do not hold up claims for months on end. I believe 2 months to get damages done on their end is crazy. The accident was caused because the young lady picked up her cell phone and caused a 3 car crash in the pouring rain and now other people have to suffer because they choose to play games. The young lady also had coverage on the uhaul as well, so I’m still not sure what’s the hold up. This issue needs to get fixed, my boyfriend muffler is hanging from his car and he is driving around with duct tape keeping his car together. It’s crazy and unfair. The young lady that I spoke with tried to even say in PA there is 2 year limit on these claims, i told her that is for SETTLEMENT not for damages property. No one should be expected to drive around with a messed up car for 2 years, the damage done to his car it probably won’t last 2 years if he doesn’t get it fixed. The other drivers car was completely totaled and the other driver cannot drive their car because it’s still sitting in the shop. Please help us get to a resolution. These people need to get their cars fixed to continue on with day to day lives and activities. It’s so unfair, first they said it was a limits issue but that doesn’t take TWO MONTHS! Now it’s geico’s problem, geico said they have no parts. It’s repwest being shady! Help those people get their lives back in order.

Desired outcome: An apology and resolution time on payout to get cars fixed.
