Repair Clinic review: Return of unused part.

My self-defrosting refrigerator was not defrosting. I ordered and received a "defrost timer" from Repair Clinic and installed it. Unfortunately the defrost timer I ordered did not fix the problem so I returned it.

When I contacted Repair Clinic to see why I had not received a refund, they told me they could not give me a refund because I had installed the defrost timer. Did they think I was a mind reader and knew before I installed their product that it wasn't going to work! I had to install the defrost timer.
