Rent A Center in Johnstown PA and Corporate in TXS review: Breach of contract

I had a solid deal with a person online for a laptop that I was told would e delived the next day I signed a contract and made my payment. I was told that they needed nothing else from me and that I am good to go they would call in the morning and set my delivery time up for me well they did not call me I had to call them after getting messages from them saying they wanted me to come in and do more paperwork and reverify everything again I already signed my contract and made a payment and I was told that I can not have my laptop I am taking action in this matter I have called corperate and was told I would be called back you a higher up in 24-48 hrs well today is day 3 and still nothing so not only did thet breach my contract they seem to like to avoid the confrontation I will take further legal action if needed.
