I am a costumer since May 8, 2024 when I decided to move forward and started a remodeling project with your company. I started experiencing problems to what looks like a leak from of the bathroom going into the ceiling in my dining room in the first floor in January, I’ve been calling every single number I was given until finally March 3, 2025 I was able to talk to Tiffany (project coordinator) who called Ed Kila (project manager) who sent the subcontractors the next day, they took a look, opened the ceiling, found that was a leak, covered the ceiling and told me not to used the bathroom that they were coming to work with the problem. I did not heard anything from anyone in 2 days so I started calling, no one answer, I left multiple voicemail to Tiffany, finally I was able to talk to her on the 3/10, she expressed to me that came with a solution, and I explained to her that the solution was “do not used the bathroom until we fixed the problem “, she told she was calling me back with more answer, which she hasn’t, on March 12, 2025 I contacted Ed Kila, left a message, he called me back explaining me that he was waiting on the manufacturer, that they submitted the claim and they were waiting on the product in order to proceed and fixed the problem. Today is March 17, 2025, I think I’ve been more than patient, no one answer, unless is after 25 call and message, i paid for this service long time ago, I want someone to respond and do the job the way they are supposed to do it.
Finally, I got a response May 2025, they had to removed one of the bathroom and redone the whole thing. Two weeks later started leaking to the first floor, creating damage to the roof of the dining room, some of the roof is falling apart and no one has responded yet, I’ve been calling, leave messages, sent email but no one is responding.
In less than6 months, the first time and 2 weeks for the second time I was already having issues with this bathroom and no one seems to be responding, or wants to be responsible.
I need to someone to take action with this matter.
Desired outcome: Fixed bathroom, dinning room and compensation for damages
