On the 1st of Feb the estate agent from relax contacted me, to view the place as per appointment, I told her I was not available, and we needed to reschedule, she in a sarcastic way told me on voice that she had to reschedule time etc etc, I did not want to tell her I'm actually in hospital with covington, having breathing problems, she send me voice notes again where she was rude and unprofessional and decided to remove them, she told the landlord xyz, he sends me a list of messages being rude, and intermidating.

He said he wants me out of his place, because I haven't paid yet, prior to that I asked him a grace of 2 weeks because I was ill and not working, my husband has been at home 3months now so we are just balancing, I explained I know my rights and he started getting aggressive, we are moving at the end of Feb, so I explained to him that he had to out my deposit into a savings account whereby it could accumulate the interest which was to be given to me, a few days ago he said in message that the deposit cannot be used for the rent because the 8k was for the fixing of the unit, I asked how is it possible that 2 adults with no children could rake up 8k worth of fixing, when we occupied the unit, we told him that we will fix what's needed, so it was not to begin with in a pristine condition.

My point is the remax agent after talking with me, immediately went to him, which was unprofessional, he automatically took her word for whatever she said to him, and literally through us out, I told him best to go and read the rental act 50 of 1999, he took offence, so I told him I'm just stating facts, after he asked me so are you a lawyer now, I send him and the agent copies of my medical certificate stamped and dated that I had covid,

Remax your agent was unprofessional, she caused a landslide between the landlord and I, please note I informed her I was not home, I even send her pictures which my husband send to show the house was in disarray and in no condition for anyone to view.

I'm I'll, I was intermedated and victimized, if the agent was professional she would not have ran to the landlord with unsubstantiated lies or not, it's the manner in which he attacked me showed me that she clearly said something to get him responding in this manner, I was told I'll be locked out of the apartment and that he wants his money like yesterday or he will have the body cooperate lock me out, I did not tell them at the time I was sick, I did not want to use my illness as a bargaining card, but now I am left with no choice, I want to know will remax find and pay for my alternative accommodation, I have to get out of hospital because I have to go home now and help hubby, move, my husband is a foreigner and his English is not 100%

I am, even having more breathing problems after this, and I feel threatened and victimised, I have all the conversation between us saved and copied

I would appreciate if I can be contacted by a remax head office manager,[protected]

Desired outcome: I'm still in hospital, trying to get home, my husband is confused and it's difficult to explain to him
